On-site parking is available, but the space is quite limited, especially for cars. Guests have noted that entering and exiting the parking area can be difficult due to its location on a bend. Additionally, the management disclaims responsibility for the security of vehicles, which has caused concern among visitors. For added security, some guests prefer to bring their motorcycles directly into their rooms.

Reviews regarding the staff are quite divided. While some employees (for example, the young man at reception) are very friendly, there is extreme negative feedback regarding a female administrator with bleached hair, who is described as rude and unfriendly. Guests complain that this employee requests additional payments beyond the booking price in the app and may refuse basic services, such as access to the water dispenser. There was also a recorded instance of negligence when returning documents, where a guest was handed someone else's passport.

Several guests reported unpleasant situations during check-in. Despite prior bookings through the app, reception staff (specifically one of the female administrators) demanded additional cash payments. In one instance, the additional fee was 150 thousand on top of a base cost of 200 thousand, and the guest felt compelled to pay due to the late hour.

Opinions on the rooms vary: many consider them clean, cozy, and appropriate for the price. However, there are complaints regarding lipstick stains and yellow streaks on the sheets, which some found off-putting. The mattresses are generally described as soft and comfortable. In some cases, guests noted an unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke in the room and a very strong odor coming from the pillows.

The performance of the appliances is inconsistent. Some guests are satisfied with the cooling air conditioning and the functioning hot shower, while others complain that the air conditioner does not cool and that the water supply may be cut off in the mornings. Televisions often malfunction: they are either completely non-functional or offer only a few channels, which may also disappear.

Room amenities are sometimes insufficient. Guests have complained about the lack of soap and toothbrushes. Towels are provided in limited quantities; for example, only one towel may be provided for four people, or only one for two guests. Drinking water and towels sometimes have to be requested from the staff.

Wi-Fi is available at the hotel; however, guests note that the password is not always provided upon check-in.
