We came here during a long weekend and so far enjoyed the stay.
We stayed for 2 days and explored Palabuhan Ratu as well as Ciletuh Geopark from here.
We got the room a bit down near the pool, with balcony overlooking the local forest and the ocean, and semi outdoor bathroom. There are stairs to go to your room and it's not accessible ♿️❌.
The room is not too big, but good for 2. I think you can put 1 extra bed as well if you need to. They also offer family room in the main building with bigger space, but also more expensive.
There's TV in the room, heavily depending on Wi-Fi. On our first night the Wi-Fi wasn't working, but the second day it was better. We could watch Netflix with our own account.
They gave you a pitcher of water with two glasses and a water boiler. No free coffee nor tea in the room but you can get them in the common room/dining room near the pool. No safe, no slippers, no tooth brush & tooth paste, but you get body wash and shampoo, as well as the towels. As the concept of the bathroom is semi outdoor, get ready to see many insects, especially in the morning. They provide hot water, but there's a trick to get it working well. As the capacity of yg he water tank is not that big, we need to wait for a while to get more hot water after one is taking a bath.
The mattress is comfortable, with a good support for your back. Pillows and blanket are also available.
The balcony in our room is wide open, with no security fences.
We had a lovely stay at Clove Hill resort in the hills above Pelabuhan Ratu. Everyone was really friendly and accommodating. They also cooked delicious food for us. I miss the view of the bay.
