The employees work efficiently, assist with luggage, and ensure a quick check-in process without unnecessary formalities. However, service regarding room amenities raises some questions: some guests complained about a lack of towels, soap, and dental kits, which had to be requested separately.

Breakfast typically consists of fried rice (nasi goreng), fried noodles, eggs, coffee, and tea. Reviews regarding the quality of the dishes are mixed: some guests find the breakfast tasty and filling, while others note that the rice is sometimes undercooked and the menu is generally standard. The cost of breakfast for some guests was approximately 20 thousand per person.

The rooms are located in an old building, which many describe as "retro" or "outdated," with some areas even creating a slightly eerie atmosphere. There are serious complaints regarding wear and tear: stained sheets, dust under the beds, broken toilet seats, and a general lack of proper maintenance. At the same time, some guests find the rooms clean and cozy, especially in certain room types (for example, the Susan type), where the air conditioning works well.

The condition of the bathrooms draws many complaints: guests report poor lighting, dirt, and even the presence of large spiders. The hot water system is unstable; some reviews state that water heaters are broken or missing, despite the advertised services. The absence of basic hygiene supplies, such as soap and shampoo, is also mentioned.

The technical equipment in the rooms is in unsatisfactory condition. Guests report that televisions often do not turn on or are completely missing. The Wi-Fi is unstable, and some visitors were unable to connect to it.

The hotel has direct access to a beach that many describe as private, as there are no pushy vendors. The sand is fine, but there are complaints about litter on the shore and overgrown paths leading to the water. It is important to note that the sea in this area can be very dangerous due to sudden, strong, and high waves; there have been recorded fatalities, so parents are strongly advised to supervise their children closely.

The hotel may be suitable for families due to the spacious rooms (for example, the Junta type) and the proximity to the sea, where children enjoy playing in the sand or fishing. However, there are serious drawbacks: a large number of steep steps on the premises, which requires caution with children. Issues with noise from other guests using karaoke, which disturbed children's rest, were also mentioned.

The overall atmosphere is quiet and secluded, as the hotel often seems half-empty. However, the peace can be disrupted by other guests who sing loudly on karaoke without consideration for others. Additionally, the sound of the surf can be heard from the windows, which many guests consider a plus.
