Nice experience staying here for 3 days. The only concern is the location. But overall this is recommended.

They deduct 250, 000 from your deposit which is as high as 300, 000 without informing you the charging rule, if your friend get in the room too long. Such a dirty trick. Beware.

Dodgy receptions, very lack of empathy. Only checked in because had trouble with water in my house which is in the same neighborhood. Next time, just state it upfront if you want to charge extra for third person. No need to ask night security to watch us with suspicion.

As a husband of a Bandung born wife (myself Dutch) I am a regular visitor of this city, I stayed in tens of hotels and appartments throughout Bandung, but I can tell you Rozelle hotel appartments is the best I ever experienced. At this moment 26th of April 2022 I stay in Rozelle for the duration of one month and in the future I will choose only for Rozelle because simply the best.

Clean and comford and away from the noise, each room has own modem so exellent Wi-Fi conection.

I like the kind of Rozelle concept. Even it was located inside the luxury housing. My wife booked for family room.
Stay feels like at home. Quiet place and cozy. We had been there for four nights during my wife on leave. We brought our children along and met my mother in law there. Quite strategic position from Pasteur toll Exit, can order some fast food such as KFC or Pizza from nearby Surya Sumantri Street. You can grab some snacks and drinks in minimart outside the complex.
Fine neighborhood.
I just worried of the stairs to second floor (1 Master Bedroom and 1 Twin) instead one single room on first level. Because I still have my 6 yo. Youngest son with me, fully energic one. So watch out if you will bring kiddos under 7 yo along with you. And you should be aware of their safety. But anyway the weather is perfect, sometimes rainy and humid. Other facilities is standar. You can park your vehicle next to the lift and staff is a pleasant one. It was suitable for family or small group.

We accidentally stayed at Rozelle. Check-in at 02.15 am was so easy, and it was a surprise to be able to enjoy a room with facilities that exceeded our expectations. The price is affordable.

The best place for staycation. I even didn't want to get out of room. The hospitality service is great. The health protocol is excellent (even the security officer always had his mask on).
Recommended getaway in Bandung.

The location is in the elite house complex, setra duta. Very homey and quiet. Good place to have a good quality of rest. Better you come with your own vehicle, otherwise u have to call taxi or grab. Taxi not ready in front of hotel.

Very nice room and clean and kind service during our visit at this place with very big/nice room. Very recommend and I would love to visit again at another time 😉
