It seems that this hotel was great back in the day. Now it is run down outdated. The infrastructure is literally in bad decay. Rooms are poorly furnished and need a paint job. Service is mediocre and subpar. Maybe it fits the price but better hotels for the same price all over. If it had serious TLC it but be a top hotel.
Rooms old and not properly maintained. First check-in found the bedsheets were dirty with some spot on it. Asked to changed it to new clean sheets.
Seharusnya ini bisa lebih baik lagi, lokasi enak dan view lumayan bagus.

Rooms were not well maintained at all and in poor condition:
1. Towels given were visibly unclean and dirty, finger print and scuff marks can be seen.
2. Filthy and badly stained bed sheet.
3. Mouldy shower room.
4. Lizard was present in the shower! 😱
5. Aircon was not strong and cooling.
6. No hair dryer is available.
Others:
1. Only 1 out of 2 lift was working.
2. Breakfast service was poor. Told that breakfast starts at 7am but in the morning nothing much was prepared and ready even though only nasi goreng and mee goreng were for selection. Food took long to come and was cold.
