Lembang Asri Resort

The hotel features a spacious, complimentary parking area monitored 24/7 by security at the entrance. A major convenience is the ability to park your vehicle directly next to your booked room or cottage. This layout spares guests from having to carry heavy luggage over long distances. Ample parking spaces are available even during periods of high occupancy.

The hotel management does not require a cash security deposit or a credit card hold upon check-in. The check-in and check-out procedures are generally fast and seamless. However, some guests have encountered situations where their booked rooms were not yet fully prepared by the standard 2:00 PM check-in time.

The morning breakfast buffet features a variety of traditional Indonesian dishes, hot appetizers, and beverages served with views of the mountain peaks. An additional breakfast for an adult guest is charged at 100,000 Indonesian rupiah. Daily from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea with desserts, banana fritters, noodles, and beverages accompanied by live music. As a welcoming gesture, guests receive a complimentary welcome drink upon arrival. In the poolside restaurant service, guests occasionally mention long wait times for orders, and flying insects occasionally appear around the open buffet stations.

On regular days, the hotel enjoys a peaceful countryside retreat atmosphere surrounded by lush nature. However, during corporate events and group stays, guests frequently complain about loud noise and karaoke in the central café lasting until midnight. In some buildings, inter-floor soundproofing allows loud footsteps from neighbors upstairs to be heard. Certain bungalows without air conditioning feature wide ventilation openings through which passing traffic noise is clearly audible.

The accommodations are divided between modern buildings and older structures, which noticeably impacts the overall comfort of the stay. Guests describe the Superior rooms as extremely cramped, with barely enough space to open a suitcase. In older family suites and villas, one may encounter worn furniture, dusty shelves, dim lighting, and sagging mattresses. Bathrooms draw criticism due to the absence of shower curtains, damp odors, or drainage issues, and some jacuzzis discharged sediment when turned on. Nevertheless, the housekeeping team promptly accommodates guest requests, providing hairdryers, irons, or prayer sets on demand.

The resort provides great amenities for family vacations with children, including spacious playgrounds right outside the accommodation blocks, a kids' pool, and a petting zoo nearby. In addition, outdoor activities like ATV riding and ziplining are available at affordable rates. At the same time, the resort's terrain features steep slopes, hills, and numerous staircases without ramps. For this reason, navigating the property can be physically demanding for elderly travelers, pregnant women, and guests with reduced mobility.

The resort features two outdoor swimming pools: one with cool water and another that is heated. The heated pool is especially popular in the evenings, although some guests find the water temperature insufficiently warm. Additionally, the complex features a tennis court suitable for pickleball as well as ropes courses. Access to the swimming area is available not only to hotel residents but also to outside visitors upon ordering food and drinks for a specified minimum amount.

The hotel permits pets in larger accommodation categories, such as the spacious Junior Suites. Pets are allowed to accompany their owners on walks throughout the resort's green grounds. This policy is appreciated by dog and cat owners. At the same time, the presence of animals in common areas has drawn concerns from some observant guests due to religious cleanliness requirements.
