The staff here were the worst. They only care about making money and put quality service second. On Monday, I came to ask about the activities, but they told me there were no activities on Mondays and that I should come back the next day. We returned at 10:00 a. M. Only to be told that we were too late because the activities started at 7:00 a. M. And ended at 9:00 a. M. Even though they were advertised as being available from 7:00 a. M. To 4:00 p. M.
The only activity available was the one-hour ATV long ride, so we booked it. However, the tour guide finished the ride in just 20 minutes. When we asked why, they said we could have stopped to take pictures, but the guide never informed us or gave us that option.
At night, the temperature dropped to 13°C, and the room was freezing. There was no heater, and the hot water only worked for about five minutes before stopping. The food was also terrible. On top of that, when I asked for more than four bottles of water to be delivered to the room, they told me I would be charged for the extra bottles.
To make matters worse, the front desk supervisor was rude and unhelpful when handling the issues we experienced during our stay. Instead of trying to resolve our concerns, their attitude made the experience even more disappointing.
As a result of our overall experience, I decided to cancel the remaining night of my stay and check out early. Unfortunately, the hotel refused to provide any refund for the unused night.
V good place to escape from the busy city life. Amazing view, it’s just that less privacy if you are Muslim since the space is quite open (kitchen and bath up side)
The breakfast is normal. I would say, it is the bare minumum that u can get — so 2/7 for the bfast 😬 limited options and not that fulfilling.
