Blackbird Hotel Bandung

I have stayed at Blackbird twice and always chose Residence 1 with Jacuzzi. Both stays were pleasant and comfortable, especially for a small family, as the unit has two bedrooms, even though only one bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom uses a bathroom located outside the room.
I would definitely recommend staying in this room type and we will surely come back again in the future. As a suggestion, it would be good to always provide a laundry bag in each room, as during our last stay we had to request it from the receptionist to be delivered to the room. Also, it would be more convenient if the soap and shampoo dispensers were placed inside the shower area rather than near the toilet or washbasin, so they are easier to reach while showering.
We would be very happy if Blackbird could add more Residence units with three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms — just a little wish 😊

I stayed here because they have a hot spring onsen–style soaking pool, and it was amazing. The weather was cloudy and rainy when I arrived, so the atmosphere felt very calm and peaceful.
The room has a minimalist and industrial theme, and all the facilities worked perfectly. I tried the onsen at night and had a great experience.
Breakfast was tasty with lots of options, and the picnic-style dining area was really cozy.
Overall, I had a great stay and would gladly come back.

Our stay at Black Bird was amazing. We stay at villa 345 for 1 night. Room very clean. Service is tip top. Breakfast also nice. Our villa also got a jacuzzi and my daughter love it so much. Yes definitely we will stay again. Thank you for the hospitality.

The room is so dirty if you look closely from the ceiling, wall, windows, and floor. Our first room neither have chairs, table, or sofa then we asked to change. We also got damage furniture so it was not function at all. The staff is no nice and helpful like five-star hotel's staff. Aesthetically pleasing, great facility, large parking space, and free parking.

So basicly the place is unique but the explanation of the apartment a bit unexpected is stating 2 bedroom but at the end its seperated below alone and you have to go outside to go up not directly connected, the room downstairs is very humid feels, all the towel is not clean we found a hair. And the blacket I think not being change becaue when I check in the morning the right side of the blacket have a blood stain that seems to me they just flip the side but not changing the blanket I try to clean the blood with wet tissue and its clean so its clear they just flip the blanket side. Hmmmm. The bathtub for room 343 is 1 side for changing the water from fauchet to shower is damage so it only can use shower and have an ant surround bathtub.
Lady Staff at the reception also not that friendly, at the beginning check in. And before the lady said will wa once the room ready but nobody contacting even the room ready. So quiet dissappointed,. Coffee is good restaurant also not bad and not expensive. Hmm cleanest can be improveee change the sheet really please.
Very loud and noisy area. You listen everything.

My stay at Blackbird was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The check in process was smooth and quick.
The hotel design is modern and chic. Create a cozy and inviting atsmosphere. My room was clean and also they create unique amenities for me. 5/5
