The Arnawa Hotel

On-site parking is available and is described as spacious and secure. However, some guests note that the number of spaces may be limited, and additional parking areas are located across the road. Additionally, one visitor reported damage to the lower part of their vehicle against a lobby column due to the lack of constant supervision by a security guard in the parking area.

The majority of guests highly rate the staff, describing them as friendly, responsive, and always welcoming. Employees assist with luggage, promptly notify guests of forgotten items, and even help guests resolve conflicts with local touts. However, there has been some negative experience: one guest encountered rudeness from restaurant staff and a lack of assistance for a driver regarding the stamping of documents outside of working hours. Difficulties with early check-in were also mentioned.

The hotel utilizes a deposit system. Guests mentioned an amount of 200,000 rupiahs, which is returned upon checkout. In one review, a guest noted that the administration attempted to hold onto their identity card (KTP) without immediately providing information about the option of a cash deposit.

Breakfast is served as a buffet with a diverse menu, including fried rice, noodles, omelets, fruit sets, pastries, and even the traditional jamu drink. On the other hand, some visitors complained about the low quality of food during holidays (e.g., the presence of Indomie noodles instead of full meals), slow replenishment of empty platters, and long queues at the egg station.

The rooms are spacious, often featuring two queen-size double beds, which is convenient for families. Guests praise the cleanliness, working air conditioners, and the availability of Netflix on the televisions. However, the hotel building is quite old, and some guests noticed wear and tear: rusty drains in the sinks, yellowed toilet lids, peeling paint on bathroom doors, and outdated furniture. Some rooms also had mentioned issues with door locks and malfunctioning telephones.

Rooms are equipped with balconies. The views depend on the category: pool-view rooms are very popular, creating a Bali-resort atmosphere. Garden-view rooms are also available, which are convenient for families with children, as they allow children to step directly into the garden from the room.

Generally, cleanliness is maintained at a good level; guests note tidy rooms, clean bathrooms, and regular changes of linens and towels. However, there are complaints about mold in the bathrooms, the presence of mosquitoes, and even empty alcohol bottles found in the closet upon arrival. Some guests noticed an unpleasant musty smell in the rooms.

The hotel provides useful additions, such as rubber flip-flops (Sandal Swallow), which are very convenient for trips to the beach. Hygiene products are available, but a hairdryer is provided only upon request at the reception, which was noted as a disadvantage for women. It was also mentioned that some rooms have an insufficient amount of soap near the toilet.

The hotel has a large, clean, and aesthetic pool with areas for adults and children. The pool creates a tropical resort atmosphere, surrounded by trees and a beautiful garden. Guests are satisfied with the water cleanliness, although one visitor suggested reducing the amount of chlorine. A disadvantage noted was the inconvenient metal ladder in the deep end of the pool.

The hotel provides spa and massage services. Guests view the availability of such amenities positively, and some therapist employees confirm that the hotel provides good opportunities for providing massage services to tourists.

The hotel is very family-friendly thanks to its spacious rooms, the presence of a children's area in the pool, and its proximity to the beach. Parents appreciate the ability to accommodate several people in one room without additional beds. However, some guests warn of the need to be careful with small children due to general vehicle access to certain areas of the hotel.

The atmosphere is generally calm and cozy, reminiscent of Bali resorts. The hotel is oriented toward family vacations and relaxation. Nevertheless, one guest expressed strong disappointment due to noisy events with loud music and live singing after 10:00 PM, which disturbed their rest and contradicted the concept of a family hotel.

The hotel shows attention to its guests: welcome drinks are provided upon arrival, free snacks (fried bananas and a coconut drink) are given as a compliment, and birthday greetings are provided.
