This is my second time staying here — the first time with my motorcycle group, and the second with my family.
I stayed for 2 nights. The place is comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, and the afternoon tea is also quite good.
The kids were happy swimming. The only issue was that the bathroom door lock was broken — I hope rooms are fully checked and ready before being sold.
The hotel’s vibes are very calming, and the restaurant staff are extremely friendly.
Visitors were not permitted to rest. Instead, they were instructed to participate in loud dancing activities, accompanied by excessively amplified music and a live singer that echoed throughout the entire venue over 10 p. M. Even when guests were clearly unwell or exhausted, taking a break was discouraged; participation was expected regardless.
The environment prioritized noise and forced entertainment over comfort and consideration for others. This setting is not family friendly and lacks basic respect for visitors seeking a pleasant and restful experience.
Overall, it was disappointing.

I stayed a night at Arnawa. Eventhough it's not a new building, their room is quite spacious with 2 queen bed and comfortable pillows, I can sleep well there. The hotel has swimming pool. They serve many kinds of food for the breakfast. I think they have a good service. I was happy and enjoyed during my time there. When I went to the swimming pool, I asked several towels for me and my friends. They served it. Then, I asked them not to move the towels when we went to the beach, when we came back, our towels were still there. I forgot to bring my helmet, I left it in the lobby, but soon I am informed about my helmet. A friend of mine left his clothes, he forgot them, but the hotel informed us. I recommend this hotel.
