The room is quite spacious, and the staff were friendly. However, more manpower may be needed to speed up service. Considering the price and strategic location, the room is satisfactory, and the water heater functions well, but the hygiene could be improved. Additionally, the place is not very disability-friendly.

You got what you pay, though stay for 1 night only. Still this kind of hospitality by the staff shocked me.
Upon check in the staff joking with the colleague, well it's kinda annoying, like you don't give attention to the guest.
Understandable that room card deposit is required for guarantee if lost. It's totally fine and understandable for me.
The guest elevator is humid and hot, no ventilation and one of them keeps stopping on the 5th floor.
There are many stains and spots on the bed sheet, sofa, and wall as well. Chipped wall, the bed sheet also has different sizes with the bed. The room also not soundproof, you can hear guest next doors running in the corridor.
Book an executive room of a 3 star hotel but it feels like staying at a motel.
Bathroom? What do you expect 😏
Bringing a car then you have to pay separately, no wonder among 2 other nearby hotels, this hotel has the lowest review.
Going down from the room, meet with the decor vendor who uploaded their decor item with the guest elevator.
I was expecting a better experience than the Verse hotel in jakarta. But again, the hotel is not properly maintained. It's so disappointing, never ever stay in Verse hotel again.
