The Luxton Cirebon Hotel and Convention

This is probably the best hotel nowadays in Cirebon city. It is located strategically on R. A. Kartini street that is always busy, in a walking distance from the famous Nasi Jamblang Bu Nur and Ayam Bahagia @Cangkring 2 lane.
The hotel is clean and bright. Room is tidy. Service is excellent. Food is OK, they simply can't beat the famous local culinaries, but hey, who's to blame?
The koi fish near the entrance is a gem.

Please have my review to evaluate your service, considering your hotel is quite lux to have a 4 stars. I even rarely leave some review. If I do this, it was too much and for your insight.
First of all, I had short stay which quite packed. Arrived at hotel evening, and stayed for 1 night.
I was exhausted after long drive from jakarta and expected to rest well in hotel.
When I arrived and check to my room, the Wi-Fi was not immediately working, I had to call the desk and get the IT fixed it.
Secondly when I tried to switch on the TV, not long after it had some short of error and technician need to come to my room to fix it.
Thirdly when I tried to charge my phone, the electrical plug right beside my bed DID NOT WORK. At this point I cursed my bad luck, and need to search for other one which is FAR AWAY FROM MY BED. At this point I want to cry. I just want to lay in bed while charging my phone. Was it too much to ask?
Forthly, they only give you 2 towels.
Compared to other lux hotels I've had. I was with my aunts visiting. Usually we get at least 2 towels per person. Not including towels for your hand or rug. Small one for face/hair and big one for body. This is not the case. 😭
Please give your guest more towel. We girly need more towels. The towels also quite old. But I had no choice 🥲
Lastly, they only provide you 1 water bottle per room. Which is quite weird for 2 adult guests.

Stayed here for a few nights at the end of October 2024. Quite a good option for a hotel in Cirebon. The location is quite close to the train station and shopping malls. The room was quite spacious with good cleanliness. During my stay, the staffs were also responsive.

Nice big hotel. Good breakfast with a good variety. Rooms were spacious and clean, but some of the furniture starting to age. Comfortable bed and good shower. Overall good and recommended.

This is the most favorite hotel in cirebon. The most important things is a strategic location, has spacious and very comfortable room, and also a delicious breakfast. The crew and services are also very nice. Has a large indoor and directly parking lot so our vehicles stay clean.

Great view from my room. Food is aweeesoome. And they reduce bottled. Mineral water with refilled glass bottle water for environment friendly hotel. Good job.

Stay for one nite. The room was big enough but a/c unit not work as cold as I like. Bfast was decent…

Good Hotel in the city. Nice services & friendly staff, clean room. Breakfast is OK.
Many restaurant near hotel, from international brand until local brand.
Walking distance to Mall.
Overall is Recommended.

I like it because it cleanliness and friendly staff. I was helped by Ms. Fitria at reception and she was very helpful for my request.
The hotel has strategic area because it s located near public mall, convenient store also fast food restaurant! The room is cozy enough for sleep.
Breakfast also superb!
My minus point only the pillow is a little bit thin but overall almost perfect!

Good location, walking distance to Grage Mall. All staff are friendly especially all the bellman and security. I would recommend this hotel to all. Thank you so much for being caring to my family. I bought the cake at the counter but the cake is very hard to slice as it just came out from the freezer. But the cake was very tasty. Overall I'm very satisfied with the stay thank you once again. See you soon to all the staff.
