Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon

Stayed 2 nights here and was satisfied. My concern on the smell (due to the room listed as "Smoking") vanished once I entered the room. They did it well to make the air breathable :-)
The staff is all helpful and friendly. Special kudos to Mr Ibrahim at the Front Desk who was so helpful in catering our need for early check-in at 9:30am.
The facility is OK. The swimming pool is comfortable, the restaurant is spacious, there is also spa and gift shop. Minimarket/convenient store across the lobby and the direct access to the mall are another advantage. You can easily take "becak" or meet your ordered Online Taxi/Bike Taxi from the Exit Gate about 30m from the lobby.

Great hotel to stay in. Room is clean, service is top notched. Ordered extra bed and was a proper portable bed. Had expected for it to be on the floor but it was comfy.
Breakfast selection is vast but most of the taste is standard.
Great service though by mbak Alfiyah & mas Ilham, double thumbs up!

Having a good times here for a week.
The car valley service was excellent.
The restaurant was good, I always enjoyed how staff treats me.
Hopefully the gym and pool could be open from 5 am since I had tight schedule of morning meeting.
And a little detail of room. I put big appreciation of this hotel in how they always refill 2 water bottle every day. Even though I did not take it all. And it makes my water stock in room is always sufficient. It was different to other hotel where they just kept a min amount of bottles of water so I can't have more stock. This minor difference has me made to gave 5 stars review.

Just a wonderful experience at a super location and very reasonable priced hotel atop a local modern shopping mall in central Cirebon. We had a problem with booking. Com and ended up with duplicate bookings and the hotel went above and beyond and cancelled our other booking even tho they were not under any obligation to do so. Breakfast is nice. Pleasant pool area and a decent gym. Highly recommended for the great staff and attitude and pleasant rooms and bedding.

We booked two rooms for one night. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Their services were good. Rooms were clean and properly maintained. Air Conds were working properly. Everything was great, except for a slight problem that my neightbouring room was noisy and the noise came into my room. Other than that, no complaint. I would say it was a pleasant stay!

Nice hotel in Cirebon, strategic located beside a mall and easy to find anything you need there. Room quality good, service and their hospitality also friendly. Breakfast menu and quality meet your expectation. Reccomended hotel when you visited and stay in Cirebon city.

I came to this hotel on 30 Oct 24, This bad experience happened when my son go down to breakfast first with his grandmother and aunt, my husband and I planned to follow. My son gave his grandmother's room number to hotel employee and at that time 2 people were full, he waited outside and was not allowed to the resto, even though my son had informed the hotel employee in entrance resto that his parents would be down in a moment. This kind of service disappointed me, maybe because I was considered unable to pay for breakfast at this 4-star hotel, even though how difficult it was for a waitress named D*nd* to confirm to my room.
It was so bad for me, the employee with that name not feeling guilty and not give me apologize at all until I quit the resto.
In the middle of night I heard noisy from next room and itu was disturbing.

Overall Good Hotel, 1 building with famous mall in the city, friendly staff. Quiet rooms, but 5 days 4 night here, the breakfast menu is nothing changed… has served the same menu every days… can be improved…

It’s located strategically by Cirebon Super Block Mall. You can even get to the mall through the 3rd mall.
The room was cozy. But my fave of all was the breakfast buffet. Lots of variations of delicious food, helpful waiters/tresses. I asked for a cappuccino and they leave me an extra cute note. Love the experience!

My stay at Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon was terrific. Comfortable room, even with the unbearable Cirebon heat. It's strategically located next to a mall. They offer ample options for breakfast, and you can even ask for their assistance if you have allergies. Kak Nadia in particular was very helpful. Thank you.

Totally Recommended Hotel to stay with great location, easy direct access to Super block Mall. Staff Cheerful, smiles and warmest were made morning Vibe energetic. Local traditional food are authentic.
Such as Nasi Jamblang, Empal Gentong. For sure, I will come back.

Swiss-Belhotel Cirebon, located in the city of Cirebon, the hotel has a direct access to the biggest shopping mall in Cirebon. The rooms were clean and spacious. All hotel staffs were friendly.
My husband and I would like to specially thanks to Mr Alan supervisor at front office for his professional excellent services, he is generally helpful and polite.
Breakfast option have very good variety with delicious Indonesian food. Overall is a great stay experience!

The room is spacious despite when we arrive at 11pm the air con wasn’t cold at all but fortunately teh staff were very Agile to fix it. The breakfast is pretty fine the food is decent and again the staff need more appreciation especially nadia she’s really helpful and kind. Overall is a great experience!

One of the worst hotels. The bathroom has no bidet. The air ventilation was so disgusting. Dust had settled everywhere in the room. Bed sheets were full of stains even when we asked them to change and clean, the sheets were still with stains. The AC seemed like has never been on maintenance it leaked smell of smoking and it made us coughing. The breakfast was mostly local food no variety. The coffee cups, juice glasses and cutlery were very dirty. We could hear voices of people from the other rooms and in the night we hear the street noises. The only positive thing was that the staff were generally kind and polite.

It's a nice hotel, clean and has big space.
