Neo Cirebon Hotel Hotel NEO Cirebon by ASTON

I stayed at Hotel Neo Cirebon by Aston for a short visit, and overall it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located near the train station, Grage Mall, and several local dining spots — perfect for both leisure and business travelers.
Room & Facilities:
I stayed in a Standard Room since connecting rooms are available only for this category (both rooms must be of the same type).
The room was neat, well-organized, and warmly lit.
There’s a cool bar (not a refrigerator) with a standard temperature of around 8°C — good for drinks and snacks but not suitable for milk or frozen items.
Facilities include a safety box, hair dryer, hotel slippers, and complete bathroom amenities.
Note: the Cleo bottled water in the room is not complimentary, and the receptionist will remind you upon check-in. However, the hotel provides free hot & cold water dispensers in the hallway for guests — a practical and eco-friendly solution. 💧
Breakfast:
Served at Kencana Resto & Café, which offers a comfortable indoor and semi-outdoor area.
The buffet selection is moderate but satisfying — featuring fried rice, noodles, soto soup, omelets, chicken dishes, pastries, fresh fruits, coffee, and tea.
The food tastes good, and the service is friendly and quick. 🍳
Parking & Service:
Parking space is limited, but the complimentary valet service makes up for it — efficient, polite, and convenient.

The room is fine for quick stay. I was getting the room in the corner and it was quite. The location is near to train station, and its walkable. Also, M Toha area is just couple meters away, we can get the food stalls and easily. Looking fwd to come back.

Just checked out from here. Was great. The room was comfortable n clean. The air condition, the beds, Wi-Fi, hot water was running well.
Mba2 receptions, resto juga helpful, mba zahra dan mba di resto sy lupa namanya.

Room is clean, no dirty sheets or bugs, view is as said, a sea view but it's mediocre to be honest.
The breakfast is quite ok, the food selection is adequate. The service by mbak Teti is super good.
Parking is quite difficult, they will offer valet service for free but I really prefer if I could park without security guard having to move my car at all.
I'll definitely put this hotel as one option to re book while visiting cirebon again as the price is right for the services it offers.
PS: As an Network Engineer myself, the Wi-Fi here uses Ruijie Wi-Fi 6 Access Points which provides stable connection when I was staying here. The speed is limited to 10mbps per client which is for me adequate for YouTube and light work.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly specially for Mbak Mita dan Mbak Weni were also very helpful during the check-in process for all participants, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was tasty, and all the facilities were well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Always satisfy to stay here in Neo, all staffs were so humble and helpful! Especially Mba Teti, politely asking whether if we want some coffee or tea, and she'll make it. All breakfast food, dessert and drinks were so good! Very recommended.

Excellent service. Rooms are small and kinda dark. Brightness of light could be improved. Breakfast was excellent for 3 star hotel. Parking is difficult but the hotel provides free valet service. Recommended for a short stay or just for sleeping.

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of Cirebon, making it convenient for travelers who want easy access to both the city center and the train station. The room is also clean and comfortable.

Stay here for 2 nights and it’s a pleasant stay. The room is clean, no issue with AC & hot water. The location is quite strategic around 5-10 mins to nearby legendary food. There’s valet service too make it easier for those who brings car.

Front desk staff are not at the expected level of professioncy for such hotel. They asked me to do registration which seems to be that I had to fill an online form. They demanded that because I was using a soft copy of my passport which I always used around Indonesia and other countries with no single hotel ever asked for the physical document. The impression they gave is very bad at check in time as one of the the receptionists said that because you are a foreigner we must check your physical passport inferring that there is a difference between the locals and expats. To be honest on the review the hotel provides good breakfast and excellent waiters that really make you enjoy the rest of the stay.

I had a pleasant stay at Neo Cirebon, the room was clean and comfortable, the check-in process was quick and simple.
The breakfast offered was a great with a variety of options, and everything tasted delicious.
Location of the hotel also good, just a few minutes' walk from the city station, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. Plus, there are plenty of great food spots nearby, so I had no trouble finding tasty local dishes.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with excellent service, a good breakfast, and a prime location. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Great 3-Star Hotel in Cirebon, location probably not tourist favourite. But considering the reasonable price, Neo Hotel could be one of the Hotels to stay.
Room are tidy, bathroom are clean as they provide amenities during our stay.
Breakfast was great for 3 Star, many choices and wide variety.
The only thing this hotel lack is space of parking, not significant drawback but need to be considered if you bring your own vehicles.

Nice place to visit, comfy room and breakfast has lots of variation and delicious. I went there alone and met a friend who lived in Cirebon. I willl definitely come back to Neo Hotel as the staff also friendly to the guest. The only small is the Wi-Fi which doesnt connect to my mobile.

Good and perfect. I hope the neo hotel make the event drwing batik oringinal cultur indonesian. My experience of drawing batik was very enjoyable.

Staff is very helpingfull, room is very ok, breakfast is very delicious. Wooow amazing. This hotel so recomended for your business trip or with ur family or ur dearest people 🤍🤍🩷🩷🩷 very wonderful and nice. Water can refilled for free so no need worry for thirsty.
