Hotel Santika Cirebon

I stayed in Cirebon for the first time with my sibling for a culinary and traveling trip, and it was truly a memorable experience.
We arrived quite late, around 11 PM, and were warmly welcomed by Ms. Dena. Even though we booked a promotional rate, we were pleasantly surprised as we were given one of the best rooms available. The room was very nice, clean, ac cold, comfortable and well maintained, although the building itself feels a bit classic.
Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. The menu was very diverse and never boring, with delicious flavors that truly represent Indonesian taste, absolutely excellent. I regret that I forgot the name of the lady at the restaurant, but she was very attentive and remembered my daily routine request for warm water with honey and sliced ginger. Even my seating preference remained the same in 2nd day. The restaurant has a lovely view overlooking the pool, which made breakfast even more enjoyable.
On our last day, we received a lovely surprise during lunch, assisted by Mas Fernando. We were also given complimentary transportation to the train station, which made us extremely happy and truly touched.
Special thanks as well to Pak Rudi, who kindly escorted us with great enthusiasm despite being informed last minute and right after finishing his night shift. Truly appreciated.

It was an unexpectedly transit in Cirebon, when we had our long road trip from Surabaya, back to Gading Serpong Tangerang. At around 6pm due to unfit health condition, we decided to have an overnight to gain our strength back.
Arriving at around 6pm, we were kindy assisted by Mas Fernando at FO, the process was quick, we also appreciate the help from Mbak Dinda who initiatively secured our room over the phone (we called to ask room availability, on our way). That was surely made check in smooth. Mas Fernando even offered the service to help us buying some medicines at the pharmacies store outside the hotel. That was the most kind gesture, thank you the kind attention.
We stayed in Superior Onebed room, big bed and quite spacious. Again, we know it's an old hotel, but we found all we needed in places.
The staff in Tamansari were also nice, buffet breakfast was averagely good.
The hotel over all is a hospitable place for you.

Stayed 1 night for biz trip purposes. Standard Santika excellence services, but old and outdated room. Maybe its time to consider renew or refurbish the furniture inside the room. The building is old yet classic, for some people it can be interesting.

The room felt old and a bit dusty, with a torn bedsheet and a leaking toilet. Towels were worn out and didn’t match 3-star expectations. On the bright side, the pool was nice, breakfast changed daily, and the staff were super friendly. The shower pressure was weak and hard to get the right temperature.

Stayed 3 nights. First impression of the hotel was good. Nice open-air lobby like Bali properties. Pool and gardens are inviting. However I was pretty shocked by the condition of the room. I knew it is an old property but didn’t expect to be in this condition. Furniture is really showing their age, chipped and marked everywhere. Towels very old and grey. Curtains stained. Tried to upgrade with extra charge for the better room but they are slightly bigger with similar condition, so decided to stay current room.
The breakfast was nice though, good spread of local food which I loved. Restaurant overlooking the pool area with choice of indoor and outdoor by the pool.

This was my first time staying at Hotel Santika Cirebon and overall, it was exactly the kind of "okay" you'd expect from a Santika. Clean, comfortable, and reliable. A few highlights, a few areas for improvement… but generally, a good stay.
Yes, the hotel is clearly on the older side and would definitely benefit from a renovation, especially in certain areas. But to be fair, it’s still in decent shape and well-maintained for its age.
One thing that really stood out was the staff. From the moment I arrived… everyone was warm, helpful, and genuinely attentive, from the front desk team to the housekeeping staff and restaurant crew. The kind of service that reminds you why Santika has a solid name in hospitality.
When I arrived in the early afternoon, the place felt quite empty… but after returning from dinner, the parking lot was almost full, a sign that it’s still a popular choice. Luckily, there were still enough spots, and I believe there’s a basement parking area too? (didn’t check, but pretty sure).
The room was spacious, just like those classic-style hotels. The bed and pillows were comfy, and the sheets, towels (both big and small) were clean. No complaints there. Bonus points for the cold mini fridge, which is very much appreciated, especially in Cirebon where the food is amazing… because let’s be honest, you’ll end up bringing something back to stash in the fridge before taking it home to Jakarta 😄🍴
Now… the bathroom could use some love.

I am glad my family choose to stay at this hotel for a short vacation. I had a pleasant experience while staying here. All of staffs are helpful and kind. The room is quite spacious, neat and clean. The AC works well and cool.
I really like the variety of breakfast menu. They have lots of option menu such as nasi jamblang, chicken porridge, chicken noodle, soto kikil, cereal, etc. You can also request for omlette/scrambled eggs.

Spoon, made from metal, good choice to avoid plastic ware. Appreciate as there is a car wash service for guest.

Nice and clean. Food and drink that I ordered are delicious. One of the best options to stay in Cirebon.

I really did like the vibe of the hotel and all the staff was nice and polite. But so many things not nice. Too many nyamuk in the hotel lobby and common areas. Pools are not cleaned regularly. Kids playground really look disappointing and small.
Brrakfast food was ok and better than Santika in Jakarta. Loved the fresh pastry section and coffee was decent. Just seems like the hotel hasn t been kept properly but it has a lot of potential.

The room is old, filled with mosquitoes, the breakfast is poor and ants in the food. The staff are friendly and the bed comfortable. Paid almost 10$ for a small local beer. It's make any sense. Really don't recommend this hotel… Many others options around far better at the same price.

I enjoyed stay at Santika Hotel Cirebon. The staff are friendly and helpful with excellent service. The room is pleasant, the atmosphere is also cool.

Old fashioned hotel, with super clean and kids friendly swimming pool. Our children love it. Breakfast was okay with range of menu. Some fixtures need to be repaired.

Affordable price for the facilities, best location cause it's in the center of the city. Heartwarming welcome, best services including car cleaning. Definitely worth the price, thank you Santika Hotel, for the hospitality and for the team.

This is probably the best Santika hotel that I have ever visited in my life. Although it is quite old, the room is spacious, service is excellent, and breakfast variety is amazing. What I really like most from this hotel is the swimming pool. It is very big and towels are always available, free to pick, including the bathroom etc. I was very satisfied staying two nights in this hotel and will definitely come back every time I missed my childhood neighborhood, Cirebon. Do not think twice to stay in this hotel, seriously!
