I booked a room for two nights, but due to transportation issues from Yogyakarta, I couldn't make it to Cirebon. There were no suitable trains or buses available that would get me there on time. I contacted the hotel well in advance and asked if I could reschedule my booking, but they refused. They also declined to offer any refund or flexibility. I understand that policies exist, but a little understanding and customer service would have been appreciated given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this experience left me with a very negative impression of the hotel's service.
