— I would describe this place as an 'exclusive kost' style accommodation with only 2 floors. For a last-minute place to sleep (buy from application within a week before in eid festive period) I was satisfied.
— The price is affordable and very reasonable given its strategic location in the Kesambi area. It just opened recently in 2025/2026, so it still feels fresh. 🌟
Access & Arrival: 🚐💨
The only major issue is the access road, which is a very narrow street (gang). At first, I didn't think my car was possible to enter, but I was amazed that an Elf (large passenger van) successfully made it in! Just be prepared for a very tight squeeze.
