BATIQA Hotel Cirebon

I love this hotel. It's clean, comfortable and worth the price.
Breakfast is good enough, with extra signature food of Cirebon.
I love the location. It's not really in the middle of the busy street, but not too far to the city center.

Meals are served with 'heart', and delicious.
You do not worry about the cleaness. Excellent service are delivered by the FO.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay at Batiqa.
However, there are few matters to be highlighted for improvement, such as: towel, bed sheet, pillow which are old and need to be renewed. Kettle also not function due to top cover was broken and was not replaced.
As for breakfast, quite good, however, still needs improvement as well. The flavor and the menu need to be upgraded.
Parking lot was very hot, consider to have plants to cover. And insufficient parking lot.

Terrible Service, Terrible customers. No manners at all.
Ayce tasted Terrible, no seasonings, no nothing. Grill lady was ignorant. Never would I recommend this place.

Last night at 10.30pm there was two people trying to enter my room with the same access card and the same room number, when I was asleep. I already checked in to the hotel from 4pm. Actually this is my first time experiencing it, i've been to many hotel before and this is the WORST. Ordering food taking 1 hour to deliver. Then in the morning there was people again trying to get into my room? Is this a hotel? Or a motel? Even motel can do better than this.

Delicious kopi gula aren and breakfast menu, nice hospitality: friendly and helpful staff.

I stayed only one night. But overall I think it's good.
Just I didn't found the hairdryer after I took a shower.

Good and clean hotel in Cirebon. Hotel with a good location right beside the main road. Various activities around the location, comfortable hospitality and clean modern look interiors. Cons are the breakfast menus are a bit too boring, might need more updates on the various menus and items. Tried the Palembang Batiqa Hotel, they have a good location and various menus. Hospitality might be the same with well maintained clean rooms.

Very good service, a 3 star hotel feels like a 5 star. Good room performance, cold AC and lighting rooms are very nice.

3 couples of us stayed here for culinary trips in Cirebon, staffs friendly, put us in rooms not far from elevator.
Breakfast to our liking.
Will stay here again in the future.

I stayed for 2 nights at superior room and for a 3-star hotel it was decent. There's room for cleanliness however, although it didn't bother me much. What surprised me was the toilet, which had a bidet — something you don't commonly find at hotels this rate. It was really helpful to me since a hand shower would have been much of a hassle. The staff were quite nice and polite. The lobby is not that big so you would walk around within their proximity and thus their greeting is always expected. I didn't get to try the hot meals they provided for breakfast but I guess they were alright. This hotel is not located in the downtown so it takes a slightly longer time to get there, and it is quite near to the roadway so you may experience trouble sleeping at night from the noise. Overall it was a nice stay and I would consider it again on my next time in Cirebon.
