I need to tell everyone how sweet and lovely this hotel.
We spent time in the peak time. December. The hotel was fully booked, but since check in to checking out I did't get any unpleasant experience.
We spent 3 days, 2 nights. With big family.
The room : big, clean, complete amenities.
I'm staying at Pine Deluxe Twin room. When we arrived the staff gave my children Mason Pine dolls, 2 dolls for every kid.
And we experienced very special Tendon Service every night, this is turn down time service to make up yout bed before sleep.
We never get this experience even at five stars hotel before. Very good service from the housekeeping team. Especially Mr. Budi & Mr. Hasan.
The Facility : Because we stay during school holiday, the hotel offering many facilities.
A big playground hall, delman, becak, movie and game room, face painting and many more. And of course we all love the swimming pool. Maybe the best kids pool hotel in Bandung. Also, they have jacuzzi in the locker room. Very nice.
The Service : there's time. My daughter fall down in the trampoline and I rushed to my room to treat her. And then the staff from the playground come to my room and bring medicine, offering go to hospital nearby. And after few time, and the day after. The Receptionist Ms. Endah still checking out about my daughter conditions. That's a very proactive care and thoughtful service that's I never experienced in other hotel. Great.
Overall, Mason Pine is one of the best family hotel in Indonesia. And I highly recommend to come.
