After checking out from RSRG Cisarua, we decided to try this resort since it’s rated 4 stars and had several good reviews. We stayed in a Gladiator room for two nights. Honestly, it didn't quite meet our expectations.
​If you’re traveling with young kids, I definitely recommend asking for a lower floor. Also, bring plenty of snacks because there are no minimarts nearby. While the food is okay, it’s a bit pricey and the menu is limited. The staff is friendly, but they could use better coordination and communication. The facilities are acceptable and breakfast is decent. On the plus side, the air up here is wonderfully fresh!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were really satisfied with the facilities. The property is very family-friendly, with a mini zoo, spacious playgrounds, and a well-maintained swimming pool that our family truly enjoyed. The ATV and buggy activities were also a great addition, even though they are paid activities.
One small suggestion is regarding the Jeep show, which was only scheduled once at 2:30 PM. Unfortunately, we were still in the check-in and room preparation process at that time, so we missed it. It might be even better if the show could be held twice, with an additional session in the morning after breakfast, so more guests can enjoy it.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to stay again.
