Breakfasts have received significant criticism: guests complain about the limited selection of dishes (typically fried rice, bihun, chicken in soy sauce, and toast) and low quality of execution (oversalted or undercooked rice, a fishy smell in the bihun). Food often runs out very quickly, even before the official end of service, and the process of replenishing dishes and tableware is time-consuming. Depending on the day, breakfast may be served as a buffet or delivered directly to the room.

Rooms are described as very spacious, often featuring one double and one single bed, which is convenient for families. The condition of the accommodations is inconsistent: in some rooms, the furniture and finishes appear worn, with occasional cracks in the walls, peeling paint on the ceilings, and issues with the doors. Cleanliness varies from very clean rooms to complaints about sticky floors, dirty refrigerators, stains on the bed linens, and buildup on the bathroom ceramics.

The air conditioning situation depends on the room type. In the "hotel" category rooms, the air conditioners generally work well and provide strong cooling. However, in the "wisma" (Wisma) building, many rooms are not equipped with air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable due to the heat. Some guests complained that even in rooms with AC, the unit does not work efficiently enough, leaving the room warm.

Rooms offer basic amenities: a television (some with Smart TV or STB), an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, while family rooms include a microwave. Bathrooms are equipped with shower heads and water heaters, which function correctly in most cases. Standard hygiene kits, including towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, are also provided. Some rooms have balconies, although the view may be obstructed by the wall of an adjacent building.

The hotel's main advantage is a large, clean swimming pool with four water slides, which is very popular with children. There is also a mini-zoo with rabbits and birds on the premises, as well as a small children's playground in the lobby. Please note that the pool is open to outside visitors, so it may be overcrowded on certain days (for example, Mondays) due to school groups.

The Wi-Fi performance is rated as unstable. Guests report difficulties connecting to the network, including challenges when attempting to connect the television to the internet. In some instances, it is necessary to request a different password from the staff to make the signal available and stable.
