The staff at Gumilang Hotel are described as very friendly, polite, and responsive. The reception operates efficiently, and administrative processes are handled quickly. Security and food delivery staff demonstrate a high level of hospitality. In the event of an issue, such as discovering a leak in a room, the staff reacts quickly and offers a transfer to another room of the same type.

Breakfast is provided at the hotel, costing approximately 25 thousand per person. Guests describe the food as tasty and varied, noting that the lunch and dinner menus did not repeat throughout the week. However, it should be noted that in some cases the restaurant may be closed, requiring guests to purchase food outside the hotel.

Rooms are provided with complimentary slippers, soap, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and two 600ml bottles of mineral water. There are air conditioners, televisions, and water heaters. A thermos of hot water is provided for hot drinks; however, some rooms lack boiling kettles, meaning water must be requested from the reception.

Guest opinions are divided: many find the rooms clean and well-maintained, but there have been serious complaints. Some rooms experienced leaks, loose toilet seats, malfunctioning bathroom locks, and low water pressure in the shower. There were also reports of unpleasant odors from pillows, the presence of cockroaches in the room, and itching caused by the mattress. Otherwise, furniture and equipment, such as air conditioners and TVs, generally function normally.

The hotel has a swimming pool, which guests describe as very clean, with a cozy small garden nearby. It is suitable for family vacations, although one guest noted that the pool is not entirely adapted for small children. The premises also feature a prayer room (musholla), a guest restroom, and a fish pond, which is very popular with children.

The hotel is recommended for office events due to the availability of two large halls equipped with air conditioning and multimedia equipment. One hall has a capacity of approximately 200 people, making it a suitable venue for training sessions and corporate gatherings.
