The rooms is quite clean and equiped with air con. Bathroom is exceptionally clean and well maintain in even though it is shared.
The cabin looks from outside could use some minor maintenance.
The athmosphere is great since it is passed by the water stream so you can hear 24/7 the sound of river and also very quite. Feels like really going back to nature.
The staff is friendly and helpfull too.
The access to the location also good but can use more sign so the guest does not go round and round before finding it.

We stayed at the Deluxe Hot Tub Cabin, which consist of a cabin with king-size bed and bathroom inside. Our cabin located very near the river, so it provides a cozy and comfortable ambience to rest and sleep. We spent the time inside mostly watching movies — powered by the available built-in bluetooth speakers in the room. It would be perfect if you bring your own mini-projector for it, since u can utilize the walls positioned for u to be able to comfortably watch and look at the sky (thanks to the available skylight in the room).
We spent times outdoor on the next day (early morning — noon) taking breakfast below the canopies outside the cabin. HOT TUB IS PERFECT: jacuzzi, big size (comfortable for 2 adults), and the forest-river-view. Easily spent hours there.
Staffs are top notch. Services was great and timely. They are reachable thru in-app functions 24h for anything (e. G. Ordering foods, asking for additional ammenities). When we first arrived, the staff thoroughly explained to us things that we need to be aware of. As someone who value such details, I really do appreciate this from the staffs. First time staying here with family.
Overall very satisfied.
The room is clean, cool, nothing to complain about, just perfect cabin.
The atmosphere is very pleasant, tall and shady trees so it's not hot.
Love the effort to provide super fast Wi-Fi, the kids don't get bored.
For the hospitality of the staff, it's top notch.
Special thank you to Ms. Amelia at the front.
Very informative and helpful.
I think it's very rare to meet staff like Ms. Amelia, especially for accommodation categories that are not like 5 star hotels.
Only 1 suggestion, if possible, is to make the hotel sign bigger, especially on the main road of the Puncak highway so customers don't miss it.
