We had a delightful 3D2N stay in The Club room. The facilities were satisfying and the service was top-notch. We especially loved the complimentary afternoon tea and the à la carte breakfast—everything tasted great! Perhaps adding a few more varieties to the menu would make it even more perfect.

Diki, was incredibly friendly and efficient in delivering our food promptly with a big smile. At Inspira Roastery, Andri and Zanu provided exceptional help, patiently explaining the menu options and recommending perfect pairings.
The spring rolls were crispy on the outside with a flavorful, savory filling that burst with freshness—paired perfectly with the rich, aromatic coffee that had smooth notes of chocolate and nuts, leaving a lingering aftertaste. Everything tasted exceptional, aligning with reviews praising the awesome food at Inspira Roasters and the hotel’s restaurants for their quality and presentation.
The combination of attentive staff, breathtaking views, and delectable meals made our visit unforgettable—we’ll definitely return! 5 stars all the way.

It is only this first night and had great experience so far. Great location and room. Service was great too! Such a luxurious hotel and beautiful view. The hotel is quite pricey, but it's worth it. It has a beautiful exclusive park with a large fish pond, that is exclusive for hotel guests only. The hotel has a swimming pool that is perfect for family and children to spend time and play in the water. It also has an indoor kids play room that is suitable for children, because they do a lot of fun activities there. It also has a fitness gym that is well maintained. If you want to have breakfast and lunch, you can try the dishes at the Indonesian restaurant at the hotel, because it serves tasty Indonesian dishes made with love. If you want to have some dessert or pastries, you can visit the hotel's bakery. If you want to have dinner, you can visit Monomono, the Brazillian restaurant at the hotel.

Incredible stay at The Gaia. The space is beautiful, staff is amazing, location is incredible. I will definitely be returning and would recommend anyone coming to Indonesia to make a trip to Bandung and stay at The Gaia.
My girlfriend and I are vegan and the restaurant staff was incredibly accommodating to our dietary restrictions. At the breakfast buffet, our servers and the chefs (Peden, Wenelis, and Cecep) were so so kind and helpful. They offered to prepare some Indonesian dishes for us without egg and fish as they are generally prepared so that we could experience the incredible local flavors of the region. 10/10! Thank you so much to all of The Gaia staff for the memorable stay, you made our trip!

We stayed for three days and two nights for two company kick-off meetings, and the experience was truly outstanding. The level of service exceeded our expectations—from the Concierge and Reception team to the Restaurant staff, Housekeeping, and overall facilities.
Every staff member was warm, friendly, and consistently attentive, always ready to assist with genuine hospitality. The room was beautifully designed, offering a stunning view. The interior layout, amenities, scent, and overall ambiance were thoughtfully curated and created a perfect, comfortable atmosphere for both work and relaxation.
A special thank you to Dudu, Aji, Nikita, and Fariz for their exceptional service during our final dinner. Their professionalism and attentiveness made the evening especially memorable.

We stayed in Deluxe King Mountain View. Room is clean and quiet, check in was hassle-free, nice ambient and kids club is clean with adequate toys.
There's room for improvement for breakfast buffet variety🥰 unfortunately we came during rainy season, will visit during the dry season for the beautiful clear blue sky view.

I feel deeply disappointed with our experience during what was supposed to be a joyful stay. This is especially unfortunate because this hotel has always been my number one choice in Bandung, and I genuinely enjoy staying here. I have stayed many times and consistently choose to book two rooms, even though I could easily save costs by booking just one. That alone reflects how much I value this property. During this stay, instead of enjoying our time, we were made uncomfortable due to a complaint claiming that my child was ‘being noisy, ’ even though the situation was well within normal limits for a hotel room at that hour. If there was any noise, it occurred inside our private room. As a five-star hotel, the structure and soundproofing should reasonably accommodate normal guest activities, including families with children. What was particularly troubling was the approach taken by the Relationship Manager, who reprimanded the nanny and my child directly in the room without waiting for the parents to be present. This was highly inappropriate and did not reflect professional hospitality standards. We stayed in The Club rooms, which, in reality, have the same room layout and space as rooms in other towers. The main differences are access to the Club Lounge, more private parking, and better dining options—which are precisely why we choose The Club for privacy, comfort, and a more exclusive experience.

Staying at GAIA Hotel Bandung was truly a wonderful experience. The room facilities were excellent — clean, modern, comfortable, and luxurious, making our stay very relaxing. The staff service was outstanding; everyone was friendly, polite, and always ready to help. From check-in to check-out, the staff consistently went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs.
This hotel is perfect for both families and couples, offering a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere with complete facilities. In addition, the view from the hotel is beautiful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, GAIA Hotel Bandung is a perfect choice for a staycation or a holiday in Bandung.

Everything was great during our stay at GAIA Hotel Bandung. The interior is luxurious and beautifully designed, and the view is absolutely stunning. The swimming pool is lovely, facing lush green trees, which creates a very calm and relaxing atmosphere.
We stayed in a King Bed City View room, which was nice overall. However, since it is close to the main road, the traffic noise can be a bit noticeable. Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary cake with a handwritten message. It felt very sincere and thoughtful from the Guest Relations team. The cake was delicious, and my husband really loved it.
All staff members were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Another pleasant surprise was the music studio a real professional music studio. As far as I know, it is available with a two-hour paid session, which is quite unique for a hotel.
Breakfast had a good variety of food, and everything was enjoyable. Special thanks to Mr. Maja, who was very warm and welcoming. He personally came to ask about our stay and breakfast experience and even offered a complimentary service for our wedding anniversary.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely come back again in the near future. Thank you, GAIA Hotel Bandung.

Please expect some noticeable noise if you get a room facing or close to the main road, bcs at night there can be traffic sounds passing by and it can be quite noisy at times.

The service of everyone in this hotel is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly, especially thanks to both Pak Hafid & Pak Akbar. The room quality & facilities are also great, with good food, nice swimming pool, and loads of cools spot for taking photos. Highly recommended! :) ) Thank you Gaia! Will definitely come back.

Such an amazing sweet escape after wedding to GAIA! from the day I arrived, I was pleasant by the services and the ambience! all the staffs are very welcoming and giving me positive vibes! The room smells really nice! I also very impressed with Ka Wendy at Semeja Kitchen during my breakfast, his service, warm welcomed and very helpful, he's manner was top of the top! I also appreciate with Ka Farisa who already make my day after wedding so delightful and memoreable! cant wait to visit GAIA again one day! Thankyou so much!

I had a wonderful stay at Gaia Hotel. The service was excellent, from the moment all staff kindly greet us and offer welcome drinks. I was celebrating a birthday, and the team surprised us with a delicious cake, beautiful decorations in the room and lovely gretings card from the staff. The next morning during breakfast, they surprised me again with simple Birthday Celebrations, such a thoughtful gesture!
Special thanks to Salwa, Zena, Griska, Akbar, Salman, Amel, Erika and Andri for their amazing hospitality. They were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and made our stay truly memorable.

We stayed here from 24-26 Nov and it was a very pleasant experience: from the checking in and checking out processes, to acceding to our special requests on our anniversary date, even the room was cozy with a great view of the forest as well as the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff.
The food served here was delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The pool area was incredible; enjoy it from 3pm onwards as there is no crowd. The spa was beautiful and I enjoyed my massage. I like the gym and sauna too. My family and I also like the feeding of koi fishes, and clear and safe pathway throughout the garden.
Gaia Hotel is definitely a hotel where you should spend the whole day enjoying its facilities and the view. Hope to return soon! Terima kasih 🙂
