Nice View … Good Hotel.

The pool, parking lot, the lobby, the backyard everything is good.

Lokasi mayan agak jauh. Tapi kalo dah sampai. Bakal Betah… Suasana. Tenang. Nyaman. Kolam renangnya. Asik lah.

One of best hotel in Lembang, they got facilities, amenities, qualities of food to be honest is not really good but their services is good. Fresh and good scenery is suitable for your body and soul.

Comfy with mountain environment. Large hotel with a lot of facilities. Your kids may spend time inside. Staffs are friendly. Has a warm water pool. Jogging track, mini foot ball field, fishing pond, playground, and horse riding every weekend. Has mushollah & having Jumatan praying inside. Try to ask for room nearby lobby or pool area otherwise you may need some effort to hike. Breakfast variety needs to be improved. Try to avoid park under pine trees otherwise you may need extra effort to clean up your car.

4 star for 4 star hotel, I don't give it 5 because the service not that good enough. Thia Hotel Adapted the ol wooden themed and have a many structure in a single area. So the hotel type separated by location (different building) not like all ordinary hotel that just had 1 single building. And yes the food here is so delicious and have 2 main restaurant.

The hotel ambience is nice. It looks old but well maintained. The rooms are spread around the complex, divided into small buildings consist of 2-4 rooms. The room is spacious actually, and you can add extra beds. There are pool and large open space in the middle. The parking lot is large too.

Nice view… Naik turun gunung hehe tapi alam banget, enak, sejuk… dinginnn… Kamarnya terlalu besar… kalo buat rame rame sih seruuu… and kamarnya lebih kaya bungalow rumah rumah gitu jadi bukan di satu building dengan banyak kamar bersusun Restaurantnya menyajikan makanan buffet yang enak enak enak with Mister Londo nya yang menyapa tamu its friendly yaaa Poolnya cozy sayang ga bisa swim due to hectic schedule waktu kesini sempet mati lampu… Staff hotelnya juga ramah.

It's very amazing n awesome place that I' ve ever been stayed. I really enjoy my activity here, esp. It has a nice view.

Floor too slippery. Good ambience. No boost sale.

I love the surrounding atmosphere quiet serenity. In the morning, can see horse riding by some tourists around the hotel area. As the weather mostly showering during my 19th to 21st April stay in this hotel, I wish there are someone can carry the umbrellas for us while we carrying our shopping bags to return to the rooms along the non-sheltered pathways. We got free breakfast every morning from the hotel but we noticed at around 9am to 10am the food are getting colder and mostly the beverages not topped up. The GadoGado will be delicious if served warm and the gravy should not be so less concentrated in texture. Most of the food are tasteless and less varieties. However, I complimented good service from Receptionist, Bell Boy, Housekeeper to the top management who are very friendly and approachable Keep it up that courtesy way. Thank you we will come back again.

This hotel is nice view, in front of hills, cold and fresh air… food also good, have swimming pool… recommended for family vacation.

Nice but oldies. Love the pool and ambiance. Very quite, match for those who seeking lonely place. The have fishing pond, good choice for optional activity.

Lokasinya di daerah yang udaranya cukup dingin di daerah lembang mengarah ke tangkuban perahu. Tempatnya sangat luas areanya yang berupa kawasan bungalow-bungalow dengan banyak tempat terbuka hijau menjadikan tempat ini semakin asri dan nyaman. Kolam renang tersedia selain untuk dewasa juga untuk anak-anak. Kamar yang tersedia cukup luas, untuk type deluxe tersedia ruang tamu dan balkon yang bisa untuk duduk-duduk santai. Ruang-ruang pertemuan juga tersedia. Lapangan parkir tersedia untuk berbagai type kendaraan dari mobil kecil sampai bus besar bisa parkir disini.

Wonderfull new year at this hotel… we will come back again to get another holiday.

The hotel is a bit old but clean and decent. We had a problem with the bathroom, though. Due to the fault in the design, water could flow all the way into the room. Housekeepers were also slow to respond to calls. It took them 40 minutes to attend our call (called them at 10pm, arrived at 10.40pm). All in all, it was just an okay stay.

The hotel not a modern one. But it's a cozy hotel with a nice view n a fresh air. Love to stay here.

Should consider about breakfast. They charge for kids below 10yo for Rp 75000/each. Other 4stars hotel never charge. And breakfast, only ordinary food, nothing special.

Good for holiday, but need reservation in advance because it usually full on holiday season.

Love their hospitality and the room. I choose the grand deluxe room, the food is also delicious.
