NTC Lembang by Kuncara PHM NTC Lembang Bandung

I believe this place can be as good as the reviews say: a peaceful spot with friendly staff. That’s exactly what we were looking for, especially after spending four chaotic days in Jakarta. We booked a room in advance and specifically asked for a quiet one. The reservation was confirmed.
To our surprise, when we arrived, the place was packed with teenagers, and we were given the noisiest room of all, right next to the common area, with a hole in the door through which all the noise came in.
The least the owner could have done was to warn us about this and refund the second night, since we obviously didn’t stay. He did not to it.
In short, it wasn’t what the reviews described at all. They should clearly state that in June and July the hostel hosts group events and gets very crowded. Be careful if you're planning to visit at these dates, it may not match the peaceful vibe the reviews suggest.

Unbelieveable place to stay in Lembang. Truly a gem.
I'm not talking about facilities, decor nor luxury. I'm talking about the experience while staying in here. The feeling I got is how refresh I am after a nap, a long sleep or even a relaxing sit in common room. The clean folded linen, the floor, the hospitality & warmth of staffs, also the vibe of old, very well managed hotel — I can even sniff the vibe there, glued in every corner. It's incredible.
Just like in movie "the Grand Budapest Hotel", btw it is deliciously directed by Wes Anderson, sorry for focus shifting.
Back to the hotel, oh yes I hear cicadas, sound of Wind, I see Lembang hills, Pinetrees, localfarm, etc. I didn't even miss aircon in the room I stayed (viewing mountain room w. Balcony).
In short, subjectively I would stay rhere again and again. The price is not discussed in here because it is not my point of having experience such like this. You'll be very surprised with the roomprice — go experience yourself.

The staff was very friendly. The food was delicious with affordable price. They also have balcony with direct view to Mount Tangkubanparahu. The accommodation is very close to Floating Market just by walk for 10 minutes. They provided us some bath amenities. Unfortunately, the hot water didn't work in the morning. Hope the staff has more concern about the hot water in the future.
