VIVERE Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated

Nice and comfortable room, even got a coffee machine. The receptionists (Mega and Diana) were also very nice and helpful. The only complaints were it's a bit out of the way from Central Jakarta. Overall would stay again if have a chance to come back here ^^

We are stay on type of rooms Studio 40. The room was large and has dining room Inside. The view from the 7th floor was very nice, it’s facing to the city view. It has also coffee machine and the design Inside for bath room was very unique because side by side with the toilet.
The breakfast in Restaurant was also has so many variety from tradisional and western. The taste was delicious and yummy, both of my kids likes very the pancakes with assorted toppings.
Near from Restaurant they have kids corner and facilitate with some blocks, tents, swing, slide and TV playing the children films. Don’t forget goes to 12th Floor they have infinity pool. Wow.
It’s such an amazing experiences for staycation!
Very recommended for staycation with your family.

Trust me, their studio 40 is veryyyy spacious for bride preparation room 🤣 I thought studio 40 wasn’t that big 😅

It was a nice stay at VIVERE Hotel, ARTOTEL Curated Gading Serpong. The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. Special thanks to Mega (especially for the beautiful mirror art, welcoming cake, and welcoming TV notes – so wonderful! ), Mr. Sidik, Immanuel, Rindu, Diana, Adrian, Salwa, and Adit for their warm service.
The only thing is that the room ambience still doesn’t quite feel as modern and minimalist as in other hotels. However, the overall experience was really good. Keep up the great work, team! 👍👍

This is my second time staying at Vivere Hotel, and once again it didn’t disappoint. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are attentive and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. I really appreciate the consistency in quality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for my next stay.

As someone who travels a lot and has stayed in many hotels, this hotel really impressed me. The room was spotless, comfy, and well designed definitely above my expectations 😍.

We had a pleasant stay here for the weekend and our son’s birthday. The room is super modern, clean, and cozy. It also has lots of variety breakfast menu and yes delicious as well. Although the swimming pool at rooftop not big, but the view is amazing.

Is spacious and has good facilities. Selections of fruits were provided. The shower has marbles surroundings and a sitting bench. Bed and pillow was comfy.
This is the first Indonesian hotel we truly enjoyed staying.

Stayed here for the first time and honestly pretty impressed! I have known Vivere brand as a high end furniture brand so I’m pretty happy to try out their hotel. As expected the hotel is very aesthetic, with high standard interior. There weren’t many rooms just only 3 floors in the building. The staffs are nice, and the rooms are clean and spacious. With this price point I think this hotel is very worth it.

Stayed 2 nights in 8 rooms on 5th floor. Well located at Gading Serpong Boulevard about 45 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from toll gate & 5 minutes driving to shopping mall. A lot of cafe & foodstalls nearby. Lobby located on the 8th floor. Breakfast at Yin & Yum restaurant has good selections of both Indonesian & Western styles. The room is fairly large & clean but we found a lot of small ants on the table. Nice swimming pool & Salute Bar. The hotel staffs were attentive, courteous & friendly.

A sufficient hotel for a night stay that offers a satisfactory experience. I didn’t notice anything that would dower my experience or heighten it but for its price and access to a rooftop infinity pool — it’s definitely worth it.
The servants are also friendly,, especially Mega who was attentive and sweet. Plus, she offered us free ice cream 🍦.

Went here for my friend’s wedding, so I got to see the Suite room (where the bride is) and the studio room (where I slept). The hotel is super pretty and unique with the arts and interior design. The workers (the one who spoke to me was Galih) are also super accommodating and kind.
One tiny remark is that, while with the bride, we did ask for an extra towel twice but it never came until the end (we even agreed to pay the extra charges). Other than that, all good!

Stayed here for 1 night (26-27 Oct 2024). The room was spacious & clean, aesthetic interior as expected by Vivere Group. Got a bit problem with the room smart door system (we cannot open the door). Need to wait for more than 2 hours until they decided to get us a new room. The technician has a really good manner by saying "sorry for the inconvenience" and helped us move to a new room. However, the front office staff never say anything even when they sent the new room key to our new room.
Despite the door problem & front office staff's poor manner, the overall stay is good.

Just realize while searching new place for weekend escape there is vivere hotel. This absolutely awesome. I love the vibes, the scents around check in area was totally awe. The room so spacious, I love the corner sofa with coffee table. Room vibes so modern yet humble. Also surprise on the breakfast. For you indomie maniac, there is particular indomie station (during breakfast). This hotel worth to try and I would definitely come again.

The room was spacious and cleaned daily, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. A large window overlooked the indoor courtyard, which was well-lit around the clock. The pillows were comfortable, and the bedsheets were fresh and clean. The bathroom was also roomy and well-maintained. Overall, I had a pleasant and satisfying stay at this hotel.

The staff was nice and helpful but the hotel lacks gym facilities. Room was nice and a/c unit work perfect. The only downside was during bfast. Went at 7am it seems their not really ready since some of the food not out yet. But other than that its fine.
