To be honest, I stayed at B Residence because I was attending a concert nearby. I was assigned a room on the 39th floor (Room N). While the room itself was okay and the AC worked well, my experience was marred by significant maintenance issues.
The toilet was clogged from day one until day four, leaving dirty water pooling on the floor that never drained. Additionally, the water heater was broken, so I was forced to take cold showers throughout my stay. I also noticed ants on the tables, which was strange since I didn't have any sweets or food out.
On the plus side, the location is excellent—it’s incredibly close to ICE BSD and AEON Mall, definitely within walking distance. However, I really hope the management fixes the bathroom issues because it was honestly disgusting and dirty. I hope they prioritize bathroom cleanliness and maintenance in the future.
It was perfect, we ordered a room at night and they were still up!

Reception and customer service: absolutely abysmal, hard to even find the contact via online/ trip.
Room: for the price I paid, the room was disgusting — ants, stains on bed and insects everywhere. Had bites after just 5 hours in the room. Absolutely not. First time I had to take drastic measures and remove myself from the place. Even though the outside looks fancy, its not been maintained since 5 customers ago. I can't stress enough, do not bother. Do not try. And to read the other reviews more seriously. I know I should have.
Location is absolutely gold though. But not worth it.
