Mercure Tangerang BSD City

Mercure Tangerang BSD City is a well-rated 4-star hotel in the lively BSD City area, suitable for business travellers and families alike.
Key advantages include excellent location near malls and ICE BSD, modern, comfortable rooms, and a range of facilities from dining to recreation.
I was in the Suite room, but the study table & sofa in the room has now looked quite dated somehow. Still a very comfortable room regardless.
More like a 3 stars than 4 stars. But overall, staff are always very friendly and helpful. Nice lobby area except it doesn’t have any sofas for you to sit and wait for your taxi pickup.

Hotel with a padel court so you can do sport while you stay at the hotel. Very cozy room, friendly staffs, and great food. The hotel also children friendly. The location is very strategic, near aeon mall and ICE BSD. The price is reasonable with a small swimming pool as a facility.

Went for a short escape for 2 nights with my little family here and it was memorable. The room was great, facilities are awesome and the service even more amazing and more importantly, our 2yo baby enjoyed every bit of the facilities.

Room was comfortable with great facilities. Having padel court is surely a great idea at this hotel. We could look after our kids from the court. However, we had to wait for 90mins to get our room ready. We basically understood that it was new year’s eve, but 90 mins waiting was an unpleasant experience for us. But overall, me & my family had a great stay in this hotel with all the facilities.

Very new room and cozy albeit lacking all the decorations that we assume are supposed to be in the room (based on pictures on their website).
Less than 5 mins walk to the mall (literally just across the street).
Water pressure and temperature is not the most stable (weak pressure when lots of ppl seem to be using it). Other than that it's a pleasant stay.

As an ACCOR member, I tried many of its hotels around the world, and this one I would say was able to leave a good impression on me.
This hotel is more suitable for a business purpose, not too big, not close to many shopping malls or kids area, but it is close to the highway entrance which is important for those who need to travel across the other side of the city like South Jakarta.
In general, this hotel is a good option for value and comfort. However, needs to think about having a transportation ready. Otherwise, calling an grab car or go car is also convenient.

The hotel has many rooms, all warm, clean, and very comfortable inside.
It's new and very well-equippedl. The breakfast is delicious. Although the restaurant isn’t very large, it’s bright, clean, and well maintained.
The food selection is great with many choices. It’s a perfect place to stay for business trips or exhibition visits.
It’s one of the best hotels in Tangerang/BSD.

I always had such a great experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay.

A very nice staycation place in the heart of BSD City. Strategic location, affordable and comfortable room to stay. Thank you Mas Angga for efficient check in process and Ms. Dita Oktantia for sweet welcome amenities. The swimming pool is nice and soon they will have padel court as well. Overall nice stay experience, thank you to all Mercure BSD staffs for great services and hospitality.

Hotel location is really convenient near the toll road from the airport, within walking distance to Aeon shopping center and just around 5 minutes drive to ICE Convention Center.
Check in process was done very fast by the friendly front desk staff and the membership recognition was excellent with complimentary upgrade according to the status and also breakfast in the restaurant during the stay.
The room was large and spacious and the design feel simple but modern. The room also offer big bathroom with bathtub in it. Housekeeping team kept the room clean throughout my stay.
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant offer quite large variety of choices and taste good.
Overall this hotel is an excellent choice for Accor member who are attending convention in the ICE.

Stayed here for business and the room was upgraded to junior suite due to my membership status. All staff were friendly but too many junior staff (staff on training) compared to the fully trained ones.
The hotel was representative to Mercure brand. The lobby was not spacious, but clearn and quite aesthetic. Not so many facilities were available. Many arcade games were on maintenance.
The room was very spacious and left a good first impression. However, some amenities did not meet my expectations. Towels looked old and dull. Notepad and pen were not provided — I did ask the room service and they said they did not provide. No body lotion provided.
Room make up was below standard. They didn’t change the towel and foot mat although there were stains of use. Coffee capsules were not replenished. Cleaning was generally not thorough.
Considering the facilities and overall experience, I feel that the rate was a little too high.

I had a comfortable time in a sophisticated and luxurious hotel. "The staff were very kind, and they responded with a smile, and I was impressed. " Breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay again when I go to Jakarta. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Great stay but can be better, hair dryer has to be requested but at least it's come quickly as I was only noticed in the morning after shower.
No welcome fruits or drink like some other hotels.
Food for breakfast was great this year and traditional local foods serve every morning which is amazing, two years back the foods quite boring, I loved the Jamu very fresh authentic taste.
The downside some foods are too salty. Please make sure taste them when you cooked. Lontong with the soup, the soup and most of other side dish/ condiment come with it are very salty, have to remember when cooking soup, all salts will be absorbed into all vegetable in the soup (which made the veggy not edible). Same thing when you made traditional flavor egg, sambal, etc.
Use: A modest amount at the beginning helps build flavor from the start.
Use: Taste and adjust halfway through cooking to stay on track.
Why: Essential for perfect seasoning. Broth reduces during cooking, concentrating salt.
Use: Always taste before serving and make final tweaks here.

It's clean and nice hotel, have a garden to make it more fresh in the morning.
I like this hotel because they provided netflix account for the guest.
But unfortunately the swimming pool is only operate until 6PM, I was hoping can use it until 9 PM like what I experience in Mercure Alam sutra.

Room: I stayed for 2 nights with my family of 1 daughter. I like the ambience in the room, well decorated, great design, and perfect layout. I like the couch and the bed. Room was clean. I had free minibars.
Parking: it seems like rooms were not as crowded, so I easily got parking spots whenever I parked my car. Did not know whether there more of parking spots available in basement or nearby buildings.
Facility: we swim for two days straight in the afternoon, and was very quiet especially on the second day. There are arcade games for free in the lobby and one basket ball arcade game in the swimming pool area. We enjoyed the facility so much. Swimming pool is not warm, but cold water only.
Restaurant: not applicable, because I bought the hotel room without breakfast.
Overall: we enjoyed our stay there. Will come back again in the future hopefully.

This hotels had a good hospitality. Room are super clean, and comfortable. Dessert super yummy.

Actually my reason to stay here just to keep my ACCOR Gold status which need 1 more night. I live in Jakarta which only 30 minutes away from here.
But surprisingly, it is a great hotel that gives great ambience of staycation.
As usual, I request a high floor room with wide greenery view.
And… voila, I got a mountain view from the 10th floor.
Check in process took only 3 minutes.
Check out process in 1 minute.
There are lots of kids facility here, as you can see in the pictures. Fitness centre is not too big but enough to exercise.
The hotel also provides bicycles, a scooter and a gokart.
There are pool for adult, kids and small whirpool.
My family love the decor of the room, lounge and resto.
The best room interior for Mercure in Jakarta, Tangerang and Bandung so far.

There is still room for improvement in breakfast though.
