Mercure Tangerang BSD City

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The check-in process was smooth and fast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shoutout to Gebi and Rizki from the Front Office team for being so attentive and professional when handling our request. They made sure everything was sorted quickly and even followed up to ensure we were comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

I’ve stayed during Lebaran Holiday with my family for 3 days 2 nights. The staff were friendly welcome us and really helpful to help us handled our luggages from the car. The process for Check-in/out were snooth too. Breakfast was in good quality but if I may suggest to add few menu of meals to complement the menu for breakfast :). We loved the greeting small board attached on every room’s door, the ambience inside the room, and corridor as well. It was nice and clean. The pool is good too with enough size. However 1 thing that maybe it’s great to headsup to Guest is: please inform during the Check in process that we need to hang on the door: Do Not Disturb sign — if we dont want our room to be cleaned (i’ve thought the opposite: hang Please Clean the room sign — if we want our room to be cleaned). Anyway it was great stay experience overall to stay in Mercure Tangerang BSD City, and last but not least. They have Padel Court too!

I had a very pleasant experience during my stay, especially with the service from the team. From the very beginning, when I first called the hotel, the staff handled the call in a very friendly and professional manner, which already gave a great first impression.
Upon arrival, the team also assisted me with enrolling in the Accor membership. The explanation about the membership benefits was very clear and detailed. They kindly informed me that for my next stay it would be better to use my accor membership so I can enjoy more benefits and privileges, which I really appreciated.
During check-in, I was assisted by a female receptionist. Unfortunately, I forgot to catch her name, but she was very polite and welcoming throughout the process.
When checking out, I finally had the chance to meet Raj from the Guest Experience team. It was a pleasure speaking with him, and overall I truly enjoyed my stay. The service was warm, attentive, and made the experience even more memorable.

I had a pleasant stay at Mercure BSD. The location is convenient and strategic in the BSD area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Having one of the best one-night spell in a hotel after a while. Thanks Miss Raj for a tremendous service. Room is ready included with a perfect Fruit Platter inside. Hotel facilities are top notch, including a padel court inside the hotel! Gym a bit small tho, but the equipment is fresh. I got an upgrade as a Platinum member, not only one level but I got the Junior Suite type! Gladly to revisit this hotel next time I stay in BSD area. Superb!

The hotel has a great location, conveniently situated near the mall and ICE BSD.
The standard room is surprisingly spacious, with a large and comfortable bathroom.
Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options. The Indomie corner was a nice touch and a highlight of the experience.

Mercure Tangerang BSD City is a well-rated 4-star hotel in the lively BSD City area, suitable for business travellers and families alike.
Key advantages include excellent location near malls and ICE BSD, modern, comfortable rooms, and a range of facilities from dining to recreation.
I was in the Suite room, but the study table & sofa in the room has now looked quite dated somehow. Still a very comfortable room regardless.
More like a 3 stars than 4 stars. But overall, staff are always very friendly and helpful. Nice lobby area except it doesn’t have any sofas for you to sit and wait for your taxi pickup.

Hotel with a padel court so you can do sport while you stay at the hotel. Very cozy room, friendly staffs, and great food. The hotel also children friendly. The location is very strategic, near aeon mall and ICE BSD. The price is reasonable with a small swimming pool as a facility.

Went for a short escape for 2 nights with my little family here and it was memorable. The room was great, facilities are awesome and the service even more amazing and more importantly, our 2yo baby enjoyed every bit of the facilities.

Room was comfortable with great facilities. Having padel court is surely a great idea at this hotel. We could look after our kids from the court. However, we had to wait for 90mins to get our room ready. We basically understood that it was new year’s eve, but 90 mins waiting was an unpleasant experience for us. But overall, me & my family had a great stay in this hotel with all the facilities.

Very new room and cozy albeit lacking all the decorations that we assume are supposed to be in the room (based on pictures on their website).
Less than 5 mins walk to the mall (literally just across the street).
Water pressure and temperature is not the most stable (weak pressure when lots of ppl seem to be using it). Other than that it's a pleasant stay.

As an ACCOR member, I tried many of its hotels around the world, and this one I would say was able to leave a good impression on me.
This hotel is more suitable for a business purpose, not too big, not close to many shopping malls or kids area, but it is close to the highway entrance which is important for those who need to travel across the other side of the city like South Jakarta.
In general, this hotel is a good option for value and comfort. However, needs to think about having a transportation ready. Otherwise, calling an grab car or go car is also convenient.

The hotel has many rooms, all warm, clean, and very comfortable inside.
It's new and very well-equippedl. The breakfast is delicious. Although the restaurant isn’t very large, it’s bright, clean, and well maintained.
The food selection is great with many choices. It’s a perfect place to stay for business trips or exhibition visits.
It’s one of the best hotels in Tangerang/BSD.

A very nice staycation place in the heart of BSD City. Strategic location, affordable and comfortable room to stay. Thank you Mas Angga for efficient check in process and Ms. Dita Oktantia for sweet welcome amenities. The swimming pool is nice and soon they will have padel court as well. Overall nice stay experience, thank you to all Mercure BSD staffs for great services and hospitality.

Hotel location is really convenient near the toll road from the airport, within walking distance to Aeon shopping center and just around 5 minutes drive to ICE Convention Center.
Check in process was done very fast by the friendly front desk staff and the membership recognition was excellent with complimentary upgrade according to the status and also breakfast in the restaurant during the stay.
The room was large and spacious and the design feel simple but modern. The room also offer big bathroom with bathtub in it. Housekeeping team kept the room clean throughout my stay.
Breakfast in the hotel restaurant offer quite large variety of choices and taste good.
Overall this hotel is an excellent choice for Accor member who are attending convention in the ICE.

Stayed here for business and the room was upgraded to junior suite due to my membership status. All staff were friendly but too many junior staff (staff on training) compared to the fully trained ones.
The hotel was representative to Mercure brand. The lobby was not spacious, but clearn and quite aesthetic. Not so many facilities were available. Many arcade games were on maintenance.
The room was very spacious and left a good first impression. However, some amenities did not meet my expectations. Towels looked old and dull. Notepad and pen were not provided — I did ask the room service and they said they did not provide. No body lotion provided.
Room make up was below standard. They didn’t change the towel and foot mat although there were stains of use. Coffee capsules were not replenished. Cleaning was generally not thorough.
Considering the facilities and overall experience, I feel that the rate was a little too high.
