Thank You for your best hospitality and best service especially Mrs. Sabrina, Mrs. Riska, and Mr. Abid for helping when we wanna breakfast in Manggan All Dining. All of employee are very friendly, fast respons, and very helpfull. This hotel are very complicated, delicious, and best recommended. This is kids and family friendly hotel. All of menu are very delicious, authentic, and best.

Very disappointing experience of staying at this hotel simply because the hotel staff forced me to pay for laundry excess that should have been included in company guaranteed. Did my laundry on the very first night staying at the hotel, later in the evening about 10 pm, my room door was knocked informing the arrival of my laundry. I was shocked when the staff told me that there was an excess in laundry quantity, I did my argument that it was part of company guarantee. Staff were later confirming back and I had to wait another 15 mins or so for the confirmation. Later at late evening, my room door was again knocked by the staff confirming the excess. I couldn’t believe but arguing with the staff was hopeless, I asked the staff whether I could confirm it first with my office but the staff insisted me to pay the amount of laundry excess. I was totally dissatisfied and disappointed with the situation. Later in the morning, I came down and talk with front desk explaining the communication that I received from my office regarding laundry amount quantity. Hotel front desk was again reconfirming my information and it was found out the staff made a mistake.
I would probably not coming back to this hotel because it was so irritating to find such attitude of laundry staff that was forcing me to pay my laundry without giving the chance to hotel guest to reconfirm about.

We had a wonderful family stay at JHL Solitaire Hotel! The modern facilities, clean and spacious room, and high-tech features made our stay very comfortable.
A special highlight was the beautiful mirror art in our room with a personalized birthday message for our 6-year-old son—it was such a thoughtful touch and made him feel so special. The birthday surprise during breakfast was also unforgettable and truly appreciated by our family.
The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!

I booked the hotel for my wedding January last year, and was waiting to write my review after I got a full experience of what they promised to offer, including the membership perks I should have received after my wedding, which sadly they did not manage to deliver.
The wedding went smoothly, the service prior to the wedding up until the wedding day was excellent, as expected of a 5-star hotel. A lot of my family stayed for 2 nights, starting the night before the wedding. Their rooms were clean and comfortable, nobody had any complaints, other than the location being a bit far from the airport.
We also dined in Royal Eight and Mangan, the food and place was nice. Great value both for the restaurant and hotel. The ballroom was beautiful, especially during the day. We had a few photoshoots there as well, along with the garden. Beautiful photoshoot places, hands down.
They gave us a final taste testing just a couple of hours before our wedding, and we noticed one of the menus we ordered tasted a bit off. We requested they quickly fix it, which they did, so no problems up until our wedding.
Sadly they stumbled on the after-service. We were informed that all our costs will be converted into membership points, and those points can be redeemed with their partners, which can also include free stays in their hotel chains.
Great, we thought at first, maybe we can come back for our anniversary. Reality sunk in when we could not redeem the points at all in any of their partners.
