Swiss-Belhotel Karawang

Pretty good hotel. Friendly services. Room ia spacious (booked a suite). Pity for a suite they still only give you 2 bottle of mineral water. My room (1022) was next to staff room. Pretty noisy. Elevator all wet as people coming back from pool. They should be told to dry up first. Recommended.

Swiss-Belinn Karawang has a very strategic location, making it easy to find shops, food, and other daily necessities around the hotel. This is a big plus, especially for business or short stays.
The staff are friendly and helpful, which makes the overall experience comfortable. The breakfast menu is decent with enough variety to start the day well. However, in my opinion, the car parking area could be improved, as it feels a bit limited and less convenient. Overall, it is a good hotel with good service and a great location.

The hotel’s location in Karawang is super convenient, especially since it’s close to the train station. The rooms are big and come with Android TVs, which is great for couples and families. Even though it’s a 3-star hotel, it has an infinity pool, which was a really nice surprise. If you’re driving, the parking area is huge, so you don’t have to worry about running out of space. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back next time I’m in Karawang.

This hotel enjoys a prime location in Karawang, just minutes from the train station. Its spacious rooms are well-appointed with Android TVs, making it suitable for both couples and families. Staying at the Swiss Belinn Hotel was truly a pleasure. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the service was excellent, and the restrooms were clean. Perfect for both solo travelers and families. We highly recommend staying here.

We got free upgrade room from superior to deluxe. The deluxe room is large and comfort. The swimming pool is good for swim with 1.2 m depth. They have sauna but not free. The menu for breakfast not so many and the taste is flat.

The rooms are quite spacious, clean and tidy. Various TV channels and comfort bed. The breakfast have many option and the taste are nice.

Good service, clean room, strategic location. The Staff give the best service during stay here everytime I do Bisnis in Karawang. I recommend you to Stay here.

The location is very suitable for taking pictures, but the window glass is a bit too dirty and affects the picture, but the overall service and environment are excellent.

Had visited this hotel to attend a friend's wedding. Parking is limited. Building is poorly maintained. Once inside, it's nice.

1. Location is in the middle of the city, near street food center. Bit far for malls or tollway exit.
2. Check in was somehow slow. At 13.30, low season, I have to wait for my room for not less than 20 minutes.
3. Staffs are mostly friendly.
4. Room was clean and has comfortable layout. Good working desk. Bed was bit stiff. Ac was very weak, slow to cool down the room.
5. Bathroom, with no shower door, water from shower easily sprayed all over the bathroom. The light in the bathroom was dim, and only one towel hanger was available.
6. Breakfast was adequate and pretty good.

The lighting in the room is expected to fulfil the need of business-travel guest (e. G. Working in the room at night) in addition to variety of breakfast menu and the option of television channel. The condition of room is clean and convenience.

Good service, the breakfast is also good. My fav was Misoo. Yet, the dinner was very standard, it's better to eat out, imo.

Pelayanan sangat ramah dan profesional, for example the staff's name is Nurul. Breakfast very delicious, Indonesian and Western food, also many the other food. The room is luxurious and clean.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, this is a 3 star hotel that feels like 4 stars.
The room was super comfy! I could just sleep all day long on that bed!

The TV channels are meh, but I don't care, I come here to sleep not to watch some TV, anyway it's a 3 stars.
Breakfast was a nice surprise, they have quite good selection of dishes to choose from, egg station is ready on request, local foods are tasty, salads, oatmeal, bread, etc. Thumbs up.
The pool was quite big for 3 stars, good length to catch up laps, the best thing is it's shaded by the hotel very on building on the morning, so you can enjoy swimming with less chance of sunburn.
Overall I recommend this place of great value if you ever plan to have a staycation at Karawang.
