Resinda Hotel Karawang

We stay here for bday our son, and this hotel success make memorable moment for us. Check in very smooth, all of our special request approved, all staff from front office, housekeeping, and FnB especially mba Bani, Mba Rajwa, Mba Silvana very helpful, friendly. They’re attention to detail and anticipate of guest need. Bfast so tasty, best pool and kids activities. Room very specious, ac very cool we like it.
Definitely will be back to stay here.

Big shoutout to Nicho and Tasya – these two really saved the day when I had an issue in the Jacuzzi area. Super helpful and quick to solve the problem. Honestly, they deserve a raise!
The breakfast spread was great, plenty of variety to choose from. If you’re traveling with young kids, the facilities work well enough for families.
That said, there’s definitely room for improvement. The pool could use more frequent cleaning – I spotted some mucus floating around and the water was pretty murky. The gym is pretty basic and could use more equipment. Our room felt a bit cramped, and I noticed some sloppy tile work and construction issues that should’ve been sorted out.
One thing that really needs attention – staff training, especially around the Jacuzzi area. They need to clearly communicate the rules to guests and actually enforce them. It would prevent a lot of issues and make the experience better for everyone.
Overall, the staff made up for some of the property’s shortcomings, but the maintenance side needs attention.

Have heard Resinda Hotel since the first time it opened almost 20 years ago as I often drove from Jakarta to Bandung (saw the big billboard at the roadside).
The hotel has great quality of rooms and food and beverage, but what made it five-star is their employees. They acknowledge, greet, offer help, pay attention and anticipate guests, from lobby area to meeting rooms and restaurant.
My preferences of hot water with ginger and lemon not only fulfilled but they provided special corner next to my trainer table in the meeting room. The information of my allergic to strawberry and dust have been relayed among employees so F&B team always separate my dessert and pastries. Very thoughtful. Special appreciation to Chandra and team in Banquet, Fadli/Fadil and team in Restaurant, Lulu in Housekeeping.
The only thing I did not try was swimming pool, perhaps hotel could make a partition to avoid guests in restaurant seeing us swimming hehehhe.

Fantastic Family Getaway at Hotel Resinda Karawang!
My stay at Hotel Resinda Karawang was truly wonderful, offering a perfect blend of comfort, excellent facilities, and a surprisingly great location. I can confidently recommend it, especially for families!
The facilities here are simply top-notch. I was particularly impressed with the offerings for kids. The Resinda Oasis Park is an absolute gem—a beautifully designed area where children can play and explore safely. My kids absolutely loved the water play area and the slides! The availability of the mini soccer field (along with other sports facilities like the basketball court and cycling track) was a huge bonus, allowing them to burn off energy with active, outdoor play. It really elevates the family staycation experience.
For a unique adult relaxation experience, the Onsen (Sento Japanese Bath) was a definite highlight. It provided a tranquil and authentic way to unwind after a busy day, feeling like a little slice of Japan right here in Karawang.
Beyond the leisure, the breakfast spread was superb. The variety of choices was excellent, and the quality of the food was consistently high, making for a delicious start to every morning.
Finally, the location is ideal. Being near a major mall and the city center made it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring without having to travel far.

My one-night stay at Resinda was a truly delightful experience.
The entire staff was incredibly kind, polite, and friendly, from the receptionists to the restaurant staff (where we had breakfast), and the pool staff.
Even the staff remembered my children's names. Whenever they saw a confused look on our faces, they would always ask, "Is there anything we can help you? "
I also enjoyed the teppanyaki dinner at the Japanese restaurant with the staff and Chef Uha. He was so friendly, and the food was delicious. All the meat, from the Wagyu to the chicken, was juicy and flavorful.
If I get the chance, I will definitely come back here again. Thank you, Resinda Hotel and team, for this wonderful experience.

IMHO one of the most remarkable services even in all over Indonesia. Remarkable cleanliness and hospitality.
The staff are very helpful and polite. Room, linen, towels etc are clean. Coffee and tea in the room are great. But, snack and coffee in the meeting room could be better.
It has direct access to the mall, breakfast… nothing to complain about.

I stayed at Resinda Hotel. The room was pretty standard, nothing special. But the service was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great, especially the pastries and the fried rice, which was really delicious.
The new pool area, Oasis Park, was fun. However, the bikes and scooters there could use better maintenance.
The location is a big plus since it's directly connected to the mall, making it easy to walk around. There are also plenty of activities at the mall like a cinema, bowling, and even go-karts.

Had a great stay at Resinda Hotel by Padma in Karawang. The hotel is very comfortable and peaceful.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a staycation and was absolutely impressed. From the moment I checked in, the service was top-notch. Staff were friendly, attentive, and professional. It is one of the best hotels in Karawang. Great hospitality. Good breakfast and coffee. 3 in-house restaurants, and 1 of it offer 24hrs in room dining. Great pool, small gym. Sauna, jacuzzi, steam bath. There's a mall connected via skybridge. Amazing staff with smiling faces. It's definitely worth it for money.

My kids and I love to stay here. This is a very kids friendly hotel with a good location : across the mall and only 15 minutes from The Grand Outlet Karawang. The breakfast was gooood, they have kids playground, kids mini waterpark and also many kids activities like painting baloon, decorate fried rice, etc. Will definitely come back if I have things to do in Karawang.

Amazing hotel, beautiful lobby, spacious room, big swimming pool and the most important this hotel is best for kids. They just loved it, movie night with popcorns, water park with safetybguards always standing nearby, planting activitiy, aerobics and many more. The breakfast menu was so vast and there was even a special counter for the kids. They had Indian food too. As vegetarians we couldnt eat much but the chef made vegetarian noodles for us. They were so happily serving us as per our request. The kids area is equipped with all types of games for boys and girls.

Great place to staycation with your family. This hotel is very kids friendly, they have a lot activities for kids and the pools, playground and kids club. Connected to Resinda Park mall for shopping, cinema or dining at many restaurants there.
The room was clean and spacious, the barhroom was perfect full amenities. Many varieties menu for breakfast and the taste was good.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend to others and we hope to visit again!

Good facilities with lots of kids, clean and well maintained facilities. Managed by Padma and Djarum group managed the Resinda complex housing, shopping mall and Rukos with Food Festivale on it. The Oasis park is a hidden gems in Karawang, the staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast option have improved a lot compared my last visit on 2023. The quality improved, taste not too salty and have fresh juice option. Welcoming experiences also good, they give us welcoming snacks and surprise gift for my wife birthday. Thanks to the hotel got upgraded room. One of memorable stay for 4D3N in Resinda Hotel, the kids enjoy so much the activity and the pools experience.
