Novotel Karawang

Had a great stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was big enough. Bed was comfy, bathroom was nice. Great amenities. Room was also clean and modern. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but nothing to complain. Nice pool, quite small but its still nice. Parking is limited bit still okay.

I recently stayed at the Novotel Karawang and was quite let down by the overall experience. While the room itself was decent, many other aspects of the hotel fell short of the 4-star rating.
The front desk staff seemed quite uninformed, unable to properly answer my questions or provide the promised welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was terrible, with many empty trays that were not promptly refilled by the staff. The Indomie noodle station had excessively salty broth, and the egg station items were also overly salted. It was clear the kitchen was struggling to maintain quality and consistency.
The pool area was dirty and had visible algae buildup, and there were even cockroaches present. The gym also had an unpleasant mildew odor. Most of the other guests appeared to be business travelers rather than leisure guests.
Overall, I would not recommend the Novotel Karawang, as it falls well short of a 4-star hotel experience. The Mercure Karawang would likely be a much better choice in the area. I expected far more from the Novotel brand.

Decent view from my room, didn't skimp on the AC so it gets nice and cold, a few noteable restaurants near the hotel to visit with family not to mention its close to the highway so it's location is great, Wi-Fi's nice and fast. The only downside I can think of is that the food for breakfast is very sparse, there's not much variety and is a bit difficult for people with dietary restriction. Also a minor drawback for me personally is that there's no place for me to refill my water, they provide you with 2 bottles free of charge but would charge for extra, its quite the inconvenience when you're thirsty in the middle of the night and the only alternative is either paying the marked up water bottle or go outside to the nearest convenience store. And for someone who's very particular with their hygiene I very much dislike those automated bidet and prefer a jet spray for the toilet. Other than that the bathroom is clean and the water gets very hot with ample water pressure.

I’ve been staying at Novotel Karawang since July 2024 for business. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a nice atmosphere.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Ainun — she always gives excellent service and makes me feel welcome.

I love staying at this hotel. The location is easily accessible, close to the Karawang Barat toll gate exit.
A Kids friendly hotel, where the kids will never get bored staying here. There are plenty of children's toys right in the lobby, including coloring, billiards, bicycles, and more. They can playdate with rabbits too.
The hotel room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, and the service was fast. Thank you, Novotel Karawang.

Room & Comfort.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-designed with a cozy bed and modern amenities. The air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. However, I did notice a slight odor in the bathroom, which could be improved.
Facilities & Services.
Novotel Karawang has excellent facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and spa, which added to the relaxing experience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to assist with any requests. The hotel also provides ample parking space, which is convenient for guests traveling by car.
Food & Dining.
Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and varied, offering a mix of Indonesian and international dishes. The restaurant service was good, but during peak hours, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to slightly slower service.
Location & Accessibility.
The hotel is strategically located near the toll exit, making it easy to access from Jakarta. It’s also close to shopping centers and restaurants, which is a plus for guests looking to explore the area.

Everything was excellent, the hotel provide a complete. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staffs are very friendly, responsive, and informative, Special thanks to Mey, very friendly & helpful during my stay.
The food is all delicious in our tongues and suits our tastes.
Hope we can come again. Overall, Definitely will be going back soon.

Nice hotel but for the price it should have a free water refill system like most hotels have now, as if you drink your two water bottles in the room, you have to then buy more from the bar. On the outskirts of town so not much faculties walkable from the hotel.

Staying with family and it’s a pleasant ecperience.
Incredibly friendly and attentive service from Meylani & Tunggul. Really thankful for them in making our stay very enjoyable.
Suite room is spacious. Got kids corner as well for kids to play around. Overall, it’s a good stay in Karawang area.
There’s also free shuttle to the premium outlet nearby.

The location is near the toll road that made me choose this hotel, very easy to access. Good and friendly staff service, met meylani at breakfast who always asked about my stay experience. Definitely come back again! Thankyou novotel, I like this place.

Had a wonderful 2-month stay at Novotel Karawang. The hotel offers great amenities and the staff is top-notch. The breakfast buffet was always a highlight. While there are a few minor issues like the gym AC and the construction near the pool, these didn't significantly impact my overall positive experience.

Novotel Karawang hotel is in good location easy and convenience to industry estate. Fare enough in international food testes but good for local food. My room is in 11th floor always hear lift operation whole night. The towels are old and musty, the laundry department damaged the clothes I sent for washing. And never clean used mug and glass.

Starting from late check in at 11 pm, we are hungry, order food from room service. Delicious taste, good service and friendly from restaurant staff. Avocado juice very delicious, but bad/little portion with the price like that, maybe next time restaurant must give more with a big glass.

One of the best in Karawang so far. Room was cozy and comfort, spacy. Breakfast was simple but good. Croissant were baked well. Good location too.
