Delonix Hotel Karawang

Went here as a guest to a friend's wedding. Facilities are clean and well-maintained, but the main highlight was actually the 5-star service I received from the hotel staffs and even the security guards. They were all very welcoming and helpful, even though I wasn't a hotel guest. Kudos for the service!

The room was spacious and comfortable with good hotel facilities, though the hotel is a bit far into the residential complex. Excellent service from check-in to check-out. The staff were super friendly, especially Mr. Firmanto — if I'm not mistake his name, who was very helpful and great with my kids. Breakfast was delicious, would love more variety though. The onsen was spacious and clean. Overall, highly recommended for families and business travelers 👍.

It was a wonderful experience. Cozy and spacious room, friendly staff, and good amenities. One thing that I loved the most about this accommodation was, the fact that they have a bathtub in every type of rooms. The tiny chair beneath the shower wa also my favorite. I was also impressed by how well the staff remembered our name, her name was Erna. I also used the laundry room which I thought was a unique facility that the hotel has to offer. Hopefully I can stay here next time, whether for a business trip or merely just a staycation. Thank you.

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and were warmly welcomed. The whole process was smooth and well assisted. When we entered the rooms, everything was clean and comfortable, and the kids were really happy. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Breakfast offered a good variety of menu options, and we were kindly assisted by Mas Yanuar throughout our stay.

First time to stay, with affordable price due to 12.12 promo.
Location is very comfortable and convenience for having a peaceful and quiet staycation.
Swimming pool is quite big, so if you like to swim, you can enjoy swimming.
They also have OFURO, so you can get a Japanese warm bath experience.
Anyway, I enjoy so much my healing staycation experience.

We stayed in Delonix for 3 nights, and we tried to utilized all the facilities. The Ofuro experience was great, and the rooms are very comfortable. If I had another business in Karawang, I would definitely chose to stay here again. Once again thank you!

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The highlight was definitely the breakfast. The variety is extensive and the taste is delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to find healthy options like Yakult and Natto available as well as Saba fish, it really Japanese authentic.
A special mention to Ms. Nanda for her exceptionally friendly and attentive service. She made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.

Has been here several times to look for quiet environment to tone down. Either golf view or garden view will wash our eyes with greens during daytime. The Japanese restaurant sakana is the highlight as it serves the best Japanese food with affordable price in Jakarta. Should try the sake here. Room is big and clean. Bathtub is provided with bath bomb and loofah. Wifi is very fast and stable. Will always come back here when need me time but still close to Jakarta with affordable price for the rooms, facilities and services.

The room are spacious and clean.
Breakfast taste overall is good, me n kid really enjoyed the spaghetti carbonara rated 9/10 (this need special req to staff bec its freshly cooked).
The pool also clean and water weren't having bad odor of chlorine.
But kids pool area quite small.

The hotel was very good, thank you for the best hospitality given to us for Ms. Elena, Mr. Rinaldy, the manager and all the staffs. The facilities, and etc were really good. The best hotel ever. The service, facilities of the room, pool, breakfast with many interesting and delicious menus, the staff. All they were so nice! Thanks Mr. Alfridon for give us the informations and let our child get the sushi class. Will come again next time for sure.

My stay at Delonix hotel Kerawang was a pleaseant, perfect for late check-ins and check-outs (24hours stay). I was especially impressed by Mr. Alfridon exceptional hospitality who sincerely sought to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The room was spacious, comfortable, and even had a bicycle for use. If I had to suggest any improvements, I would add some activities for children (indoor). Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay.
