Delonix Hotel Karawang

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel environment is very nice, comfortable, and relaxing. The room was clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and great quality. I especially liked the restaurant environment, which felt very chill and comfortable for enjoying breakfast.
I would also like to give special appreciation to Yannuar, one of the staff handling the breakfast area. He did an excellent job and provided truly outstanding service. His hospitality, friendliness, and attentiveness really impressed me and made the experience even better.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Probably one of the most satisfying hotel in Indonesia I have ever stayed. Garden is well maintained. Lot of trees. Spacious room. Has Japanese toilet (I could heat my seat). Well maintained ofuro. Nice pool.

This hotel is very enjoyable for staycation. Only 1hr away from Jakarta and you get perfect atmosphere.
Also, Good food and friendly staffs.
Overall experiences is worth more than money paid.

Delonix Hotel deliver the best Service in Karawang, especially service excellence by Mr.
Yannuar. During our breakfast time, he helped a lot, as well delivering fruits upon our arrival on table. I could say, he has potential to be the best employee of the month for hospitality category. He also helped us to take a great photos, such a good skill. Thank you, would recommend this to my coworkers and online friends.

This hotel is located in a quiet, full of nature area, thus this is recommended for travelers seeking comfort and calm atmosphere.
The staffs were welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The only confusion I had is about the parking lot 😅
Well, they have delicious breakfast buffet and fast Wi-Fi!
However, too bad that there are a lot of ants on the kitchenette—there was no food source around, though.

All the staffs were very friendly. The front office assisted me in picking up the suitable room. They allowed me for a quick room tour so I can decide. The room was super clean, and had a very good view spot to the pool. Spacious room with big sofa. The bathroom was very comfortable with bathtub & separated shower. Thanks to Mr. Tasim from front office for his help in room tour, and for making sure that my family had the best experience while staying in this marvelous hotel.
And the foods at the restaurants were delicious (specially the Nasi Goreng — the taste was authentic compared to other Nasi goreng from other hotels) — MUST TRY!
Definitely will come back to this hotel everytime I visit Karawang.

Went here as a guest to a friend's wedding. Facilities are clean and well-maintained, but the main highlight was actually the 5-star service I received from the hotel staffs and even the security guards. They were all very welcoming and helpful, even though I wasn't a hotel guest. Kudos for the service!

The room was spacious and comfortable with good hotel facilities, though the hotel is a bit far into the residential complex. Excellent service from check-in to check-out. The staff were super friendly, especially Mr. Firmanto — if I'm not mistake his name, who was very helpful and great with my kids. Breakfast was delicious, would love more variety though. The onsen was spacious and clean. Overall, highly recommended for families and business travelers 👍.

It was a wonderful experience. Cozy and spacious room, friendly staff, and good amenities. One thing that I loved the most about this accommodation was, the fact that they have a bathtub in every type of rooms. The tiny chair beneath the shower wa also my favorite. I was also impressed by how well the staff remembered our name, her name was Erna. I also used the laundry room which I thought was a unique facility that the hotel has to offer. Hopefully I can stay here next time, whether for a business trip or merely just a staycation. Thank you.

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and were warmly welcomed. The whole process was smooth and well assisted. When we entered the rooms, everything was clean and comfortable, and the kids were really happy. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing. Breakfast offered a good variety of menu options, and we were kindly assisted by Mas Yanuar throughout our stay.

First time to stay, with affordable price due to 12.12 promo.
Location is very comfortable and convenience for having a peaceful and quiet staycation.
Swimming pool is quite big, so if you like to swim, you can enjoy swimming.
They also have OFURO, so you can get a Japanese warm bath experience.
Anyway, I enjoy so much my healing staycation experience.

We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and spacious. The highlight was definitely the breakfast. The variety is extensive and the taste is delicious. We were pleasantly surprised to find healthy options like Yakult and Natto available as well as Saba fish, it really Japanese authentic.
A special mention to Ms. Nanda for her exceptionally friendly and attentive service. She made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable.
