BATIQA Hotel & Apartments Karawang

Always a pleasure to stay at Batiqa. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast menu is not varied but delicious. The room is clean and smells good. AC works well with little noisy fan. Bed is comfortable.

A comfortable place to rest when bored with work outside the office, because often work out of town. This is where I often stop to rest before continuing the journey.
A neat, clean and fragrant room adds to the feeling of comfort and enthusiasm.
Morning with a menu of many variations of breakfast that definitely tastes good.

The right choice for business trips and visits to your business partners. To despite some shortcomings, they always respond and serve with sincerity. I think every lodging has its own strengths and weaknesses.

Nice simple hotel. Not too far from tol exit, near the petrol station ⛽️ and there are 2 mini market in this hotel area. There are two mini markets, a coffee shop and also padang small resto near this hotel. You can buy things you might need when you're staying here.

I stay here with my family for weekend staycation, the Hotel staff Good hospitality, and the Hotel nice ambience, spacious and clean room. Bit challenging to find local food. But Reasonable price and also Good location, near the exit toll gate.

The receptionist is not friendly! This hotel does not allow early check in! When checking out the receptionist was not careful, so I felt accused of carrying a box of tissues!

Everything is perfect… Just as if I can do an earlier check in for the available room would be awesome.

Long waiting time for food. The burger I had was not good, dry stale, they didnt toast the bun and the patty was small and hard as rock. Disappointing given they advertised it as their special.
Also, so many flies indoors! Would not come back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a positive experience. The hotel is situated in good location. Convenience is at its best with nearby alfamart dan indomaret, making it easy to grab essentials. Additionally, the proximity to the toll gateway was a definite plus, adding to the overall convenience of the stay.

I stayed at this hotel for over 30 days on business.
The rooms are comfortable and clean.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
There is also a restaurant in the hotel and the food is very good.
In the same area where the hotel is, there are 2 grocery shops, 3-6x ATMs and a burger house.

I was not impressed by the hotel at all. During my visit I ate in the restaurant. Very bad service and long waiting. Second day I ordered sate which was cold including the rice. It was warmed up but it was very dry and the worst sateh I ever had in Indonesia. For the record I have travelled to Indonesia more tan 30 times in the last 18 years. After the complained still the sateh was charged. During breakfast all tables are full with empty plates nobody was cleaning up or making room.
