​I am writing this review with extreme disappointment regarding the unsatisfactory service my wife received during what was supposed to be a special day celebrating my son’s birthday.
​From the moment my wife arrived at the check-in counter, the experience was profoundly negative. The staff member handling our reservation spoke in a manner that was not just unprofessional, but genuinely condescending and rude. My wife felt actively looked down upon, as if her appearance or circumstances made her unworthy of staying at the hotel. It is appalling for front-line staff to treat any guest in a way that implies they are poor or beneath contempt. This attitude single-handedly ruined the celebratory mood we had hoped for.
​Compounding this poor interaction was the confusing and inconsistent handling of a potential room upgrade. My wife inquired about upgrading to a room with a balcony and pool access, but the price kept changing during the discussion. This lack of transparency and clear communication regarding pricing made the entire transaction feel unprofessional and frustrating.
​We chose Front One Akshaya to make a special memory for my son, but instead, we left feeling disrespected and deeply unhappy with the entire experience. Good service is paramount, but basic human respect is non-negotiable. I cannot recommend this hotel based on this regrettable interaction.

Nice place, kid friendly, The place is not noisy, live music, There are chairs around the pool even though they are limited but pleasing to be used for chatting. For executive type rooms quite spacious and clean, the bathroom is also clean. The location of the hotel has a large parking and not too close to the highway so it is not too noisy.
