Stay G Hotel Royal Sentul Park

The hotel offers monitored parking. Hotel guests can get free parking after getting their ticket stamped.

The hotel staff is described as very friendly and helpful. A staff member named Dimas is highlighted in particular for his care, attention to detail, and assistance to guests. The staff responds quickly to any issues and requests.

Two bottles of mineral water are provided in the rooms. The situation with electric kettles varies: some guests complain about their absence, but note that a kettle and tableware can be provided upon request via the front desk. Coffee and tea are sometimes not included.

Guest opinions are divided. Many describe the rooms as spacious, clean, and comfortable with cozy beds and sofas. However, there are complaints that the actual rooms differ significantly from the photos on booking sites, resembling a dorm room. One review mentions a broken bed and a non-functioning air conditioner.

The rooms offer beautiful views of the mountains (specifically Mount Salak, Mount Gede, and Mount Pangrango), the pool, the city, and the highway. Guests describe the scenery as very picturesque and perfect for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Most guests are satisfied with the appliances, noting that the air conditioners cool the air well and the water heaters in the bathrooms function properly. Nevertheless, one review mentions that the air conditioner in the room was blowing warm air and not cooling at all.

Rooms are provided with towels, toothbrushes, and basic toiletries. Some rooms feature a balcony. However, guests noted the absence of room slippers. There was also a reported electricity issue where the lights went out because the meter's token balance ran out.

The hotel features two pools: a large adult pool and a separate area for children (including a toddler pool). The pools are described as clean and Instagrammable. A gym and a basketball court are also available, though basketballs might not be provided. Jogging around the apartment complex grounds is another option for fitness enthusiasts.

The hotel is considered suitable for families with children thanks to the kids' pools and spacious rooms. Guests note that staying here is comfortable for those traveling with young children.

The overall atmosphere is described as peaceful and perfect for "healing" away from the noise of Jakarta. At the same time, several guests mentioned that due to the low number of visitors and the emptiness of the building, the hallways look a bit spooky or "horror-like".
