The charging started with a significant delay (at 4:30 AM instead of the promised time) and disconnected frequently, which prevented the guest from leaving the hotel until lunchtime. It was also noted that the hotel is located in a fairly secluded area, making it very difficult to find other charging stations nearby.

The staff, including security, reception, and waiters, are described in most reviews as very friendly, communicative, and ready to help. Special mention is given to a staff member named Tiara (GRO), who responds promptly and kindly to guest requests. In situations involving technical glitches, such as brief power outages or errors in room preparation, the administration apologizes and provides complimentary gestures. However, there was one negative instance where a guest was detained upon checkout due to allegedly missing towels, which caused significant dissatisfaction.

Breakfasts at the hotel are described as tasty and varied, although some guests consider the selection of dishes to be standard. Dinner packages are available in the restaurant (e.g., Middle Eastern cuisine), which some guests call delicious while others describe as low quality. Specifically, there were complaints about tough meat, overcooked burgers, tasteless rice, and cold dishes. Long waiting times for orders in the restaurant were also noted, even when there were few visitors, due to the priority given to room service.

The rooms are generally described as spacious, clean, and modern with good furniture and Daikin air conditioners. However, there are some hygiene complaints: stains on sheets and pillowcases, hair on the bedding, and sticky floors. Some guests noted an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms and weak water pressure in the shower and toilet on the upper floors. Rooms are provided with shampoo, soap, and shower gel, but a hairdryer may not be in the room and must be requested at reception.

Guests note that the internet in the hotel is fast and stable. There was a single recorded instance of a network failure, which was promptly resolved by the staff.

The hotel's main advantage is the warm water pool (approximately 33°C), which is very popular with guests and children, allowing for swimming in the cool mountain climate. There are sufficient lounging areas by the pool and a large number of towels are provided. There is also a gym on the premises with a fairly complete set of equipment.

The hotel is very kids-friendly. For young guests, there are indoor and outdoor playgrounds, as well as a mini-zoo. However, in the indoor play area, some guests noticed many flies and a lack of clear hygiene rules (for example, entering with shoes). The staff, including security, show special care and kindness toward children.

The hotel offers welcome drinks upon arrival, which guests find very pleasant, especially in rainy weather. There are also mentions of free birthday cakes and compliments provided as an apology for shortcomings during check-in.
