Private parking is available; however, the space is limited. During weekends and holidays when all rooms are occupied, finding a parking spot can be difficult. Guests recommend expanding the parking area and adding a staff member to manage the flow of vehicles during peak hours.

The staff and receptionists are described as very friendly, polite, and efficient. Guests note a high response rate during booking and helpful assistance during check-in and check-out. In cases where room issues arise, the staff helps guests relocate quickly and without unnecessary complications. The service is rated very highly, with many guests emphasizing the team's hospitality.

There is a cozy café-restaurant on the ground floor with a diverse menu, where guests praise the oven-baked pizza, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and coffee. Food and drinks from the café can be ordered directly to the room (a service fee of approximately 20 thousand may apply). Breakfast can also be delivered to the room in the mornings. Some guests noted that menu prices do not include taxes and service charges, and the taste of the coffee may not suit everyone.

The guest house provides Wi-Fi, but its stability depends on the floor—on some levels, the connection can be slow and weak. However, the café on the ground floor is very cozy, equipped with plenty of power outlets, and is suitable for completing academic assignments or working. The general atmosphere in the café is conducive to both relaxation and study.

Soundproofing in the guest house is poor. Guests report that conversations from neighbors and noises from the corridor are audible. Additionally, due to its location in a residential cluster, street noise sometimes filters in, which can create the feeling of staying in a standard student dormitory.

Rooms are generally described as clean, tidy, and cozy, with an ample supply of linens and towels. Beds, including double beds, are sufficiently large and comfortable. However, there are comments regarding wear and tear: in some rooms, furniture requires updating, and televisions are sometimes analog with poor image quality. In some instances, guests noticed small stains on the floor or ants on the table.

Air conditioners in most rooms work well and keep the space cool, but there are serious complaints regarding noise. Some guests noted that the noise from the AC interferes with sleep, and in isolated cases, water leaks from the unit were observed. Nevertheless, during the night, some rooms remain cool enough even without using the equipment.

Rooms are equipped with a Smart TV (with Netflix access), air conditioning, a water heater in the bathroom, and complimentary coffee sachets. Clean towels, slippers, toothbrushes, and soap are provided based on the number of guests. A significant drawback is the absence of refrigerators in single-bed rooms. Additionally, some rooms feature balconies with a designated smoking area.

There is no elevator in the building; access to rooms is via stairs only. The stairs are described as quite steep, which may be inconvenient when moving heavy luggage or for guests with limited mobility. The guest house has a total of 4-5 floors.

Most guests rate the cleanliness at a high level: bed linens and towels smell fresh, and the rooms are tidy. Bathrooms are generally spacious and clean, with working hot showers. However, there are isolated complaints about dust in the corners, dirty walls in some bathrooms, and old toilets that require replacement.
