Mercure Garut City Center

I arrived in Garut with a train Papandayan. It took 9 minutes walking from Garut Station to Hotel. The lobby was so full of people check-out and check-in. I got my room key at 2 pm. I had booked privilege suite before from ALL apps. It was nice room with Guntur Mountain view. The room was full of complimentary: water dispenser, water bottle, tea, coffee, snack and teh botol. The TV channel worked fine. Bedroom was clean, and air conditioning could be turned off. The Bathroom had bathtub and shower with city view. I had a chance to have dinner and breakfast. The restaurant was not large enough, and it was near pool. Little bit uncomfortable. The hotel should separate restaurant and pool in different floor. So, pool can have cozy place with a bar. Hotel check-out had no problem. Thank you for the nice experience with Mercure Garut City Center.

Literally obsessed sama service Mbak Rahma di front office Mercure Garut City Center 😭✨ From the first second check-in, she was super friendly, super helpful, and super on point. Everything was explained so clear, no drama, no ribet. The vibe? Very welcoming, very professional, tapi tetap warm. Honestly, she understood the assignment 💅🏼 Big big plus for the hotel. I recommend very much this hotel.
It started from.
1. Parking, their valet service was very helpful.
2. They have a good maintenance for room and all amenities.
3. The hotel staffs were very polite and helpful.
4. The facilities was well maintain.
5. The swimming pool had a warm water dispite the cool air at garut city.
6. Surprisingly, we have a nice and delicious breakfast for nasi liwet and nasi uduk. I appreciated for all chef and crew who prepare for us… thumbs up.
7. Just next to shopping center. We had a chance to watch a movie at there.
I am salute for all hotel staff. Definitely, I will stay at this hotel when I get a holiday at garut and all our kids also happy stay at here…

Came to Garut for work and stayed at this hotel—it turned out to be super convenient since it’s right next to a mall with everything I needed, from food to medicine. My room faced the hills, and waking up to that fresh morning view was such a nice bonus. Breakfast was pretty solid, with a mix of local dishes and international options, just what you’d expect from Mercure. They also have a warm-water pool overlooking the hills, which looked amazing, though I didn’t get the chance to try it this time.

I had a wonderful stay at Mercure Garut City Center! The service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The bellboy and security team were always friendly and quick to assist with anything I needed. The receptionists were also very welcoming and extremely helpful during the check-in process and throughout my stay.
The hotel atmosphere was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with complete facilities that made my visit even more enjoyable. I’m truly satisfied and would definitely love to stay here again. Thank you, Mercure Garut City Center! 🙌✨

I had an enjoyable stay at Mercure Garut City Center. The hotel feels modern and fresh, with clean and spacious rooms that provide outstanding comfort after a long day of exploring Garut. The bed was comfortable, and the room amenities met international standards.
One of the highlights is the location—it’s quite strategic, making reaching the city and surrounding attractions easy. The view from certain rooms also adds a relaxing touch, especially in the morning.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had many choices, though it could be slightly improved with more local specialties.
Mercure Garut is a perfect choice for leisure and business trips. It combines international hotel quality with the charm of Garut. I would recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

The room was very comfortable and clean, with a modern and aesthetic design. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out.
The view from the restaurant was amazing — directly facing Mount Cikuray. It’s perfect for anyone looking for peace and quiet while enjoying breakfast or an afternoon coffee. The hot spring pool was also a highlight — clean and super relaxing.
The facilities are complete and the atmosphere is calm. Highly recommended for a family vacation or a relaxing staycation in Garut. Will definitely come back!

The Hotel designs is very authentic and flows wonderfully till the bedroom. The extra water free flow near every room is very thoughfull. The breakfast variaty is enought (not too much). The location pf the restaurant next to the pool is very convenient for me who bring 2 kids. The restaurant staff Ms Ayu is friendly and helpfull. Thank you for the friendly welcome :)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable—right next to the mall, which made everything super convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The building is new and exceptionally clean, and my room was both spacious and comfortable. I especially loved the modern retro vibes throughout the decor—stylish yet cozy. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

— The breakfast rice could be improved; it was too dry. Overall, though, the breakfast was good.
