We had an absolutely wonderful time at Mercure Garut. The atmosphere of the hotel is incredibly peaceful and relaxing, perfectly capturing the beautiful, scenic essence of Garut with its stunning natural backdrops.
The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and designed for pure comfort, offering a perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality. A special thank you to Mrs. Amanda—her genuine kindness, warmth, and attentive service made us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for from the moment we arrived.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Garut! We can’t wait to return.

The location is excellent, conveniently close to a mall. The hotel is relatively new, with comfortable beds and well-maintained, modern furniture. The front office staff provided very good service—friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. The breakfast was also enjoyable, offering a good selection of meals.
One area for improvement is the Smart TV (Netflix feature), as there are instances where an account is logged in using a code but cannot be logged out. This prevents other guests from using the feature properly.
Overall, I am very satisfied with what Hotel Mercure has to offer and would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located in the city center, with a mall within walking distance, which is very practical. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant.
However, there are a few things to be aware of. The water in the bathtub appeared yellow, which was quite disappointing. For room selection, I would not recommend the Junior Suite, as the view faces an abandoned building and is very close to a wall. The Suite Deluxe is a better option overall, even though it is also not soundproof, but still more comfortable compared to the Junior Suite.
Another important point is parking. Parking is not free, so make sure to double-check this upon arrival. We experienced confusion twice regarding parking charges.
Overall, the location and staff are strong points, but there is room for improvement in facilities and clarity of information.
