They could do better than this. staff are nice and helpful, but I cant say the same for breakfast menu, although this is my first time to a 3 star hotel, I have to say, breakfast is disappointing. The pool location is too near to the restaurant entrance, the hotel layout is not so great, considering people coming out of the pool with water dripping exactly at the entrance of the buffet breakfast. the wall is incredibly thin. Privacy here means, no talking on the hallway or everyone in the room 3 doors back and 3 doors in front of you can hear you talking. the location is not so bad, it is in the good entertainment area right next to a karaoke, a coffee shop, a steak house, and a bread store. spend 1 nights there, the lack of other good franchise hotel gives them the opportunity to hike the price.

Quite descent hotel to stay in Garut. Very well located, just next to nice restaurants and bakery. Breakfast was good, mostly Indonesian style breakfast with good variety. Although, no western menu which is fine for me. Room was a bit small and we didn't get any view from the room. I think this is a good hotel to stay for work in Garut so far.

Second time visit and stay at Fave Hotel Cimanuk Garut. I got a better experiences on my first visit. On my last visit I got a bad impression since my first step came in to the building, the security was unfriendly, the receptionist before she finish my registration she took another guest to register who came after me. Come on seriously? The last, I booked a non smoking room another week before but there is no non-smoking room available for me, how could? While I came in a low session. Compare to my first visit in high session, I got the room I want Anyway food service is good if you want to order it to your room and the food is tasty with reasonable price (cheap)

Hotel location is good and easy access. Unfortunately the door room where we stayed was very hard to open and close. The bathroom is a little bit dirty as we could see the body fat left on the floor at the corner. The towel is not white bright color.

Garut itself has already a lot of tourist attractions. Fave Garut offer an affordable accommodation. Interesting tenant surround the hotel. Should be great place, too bad not to well maintain. Wifi so so. Need more attention on room cleanliness, low quality of TV channel. Corridor and lobby should be great also but tear of paintings and worn out paint make it like an old hotel.

Breakfast was so so, better to seek other traditional BF else where, room was quite big, but in my case, it don't had badtube.

For a hotel in this price range it definitely a good choice. The food is rather good and they also have a real swimming pool that you can actually swim in. The hot water in the shower work nicely which sometimes you can not even meet in higher place hotel.

Good venue, clean as well, friendly staff but no good food.

Very good hotel with excellent service and dont worry if you need another food except hotel restaurant. Their location surrounding with many restaurant. Best hotel and all of you should try to stay here.

Excellent location in the center of city. Near Good Restaurant, Family Karaoke, and Great Pool Place. Most friendly and helpful receptionist ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. Couldn't have been more sweet. If nothing else had gone right with hotel front desk lady ensured I would have left with a good impression. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in restaurant where we had great breakfast. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay, and although short and sweet this time, I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. I recommend this hotel to everyone, who is looking for a good stay, good food and great hospitality.

All of the food is delicious, fresh, tasty and well put together and presented. The service lovely. The prices are pocket friendly also. Sitting arrangements are also good and staff is also very polite. Whoever is cooking back in the kitchen needs a medal.

The room are clean n cozy. Hot shower a bit non functional when all the guest using it. no water heater at pool. No view. Foods are so so. Wi-Fi are great, almost no blank spot.

Nice and clean room but the breakfast taste standard, table aren't clean enough, there's no tableware on the table.

Nama Fave ga jaminan service sama. Kamar bau rokok, padahal ada smoke detector. Bed cover ada bercak-bercak noda. Ketika minta ganti, cuma diganti bed cover kamar sebelah. Ga ada stock bed cover bersih mungkin.

Lokasinya agak membingungkan tapi ini garut modern banget sekomplek dengan banyak resto, tempat karoke keluarga dan tentunya bangunan baru dan bersih sayang bf nya biasa aja.

Offering good price but need to maintain the hotel to be better.
