This is our second time staying at The Trans Luxury Hotel Cibubur with my family, and once again we had a wonderful experience. All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Ms. Ruth at the reception desk, who handled everything patiently and efficiently. She was very attentive and made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great staycation experience in the Cibubur area.

Service: The staff were super friendly and responsive from check-in to check-out. Everything felt genuine, not just routine.
Facilities: Everything was clean and well-maintained. Rooms were comfy, the pool was great, and it’s really kids friendly. My kids loved the kids zone, and having Trans Studio right next to the hotel was a huge plus.
Special shoutout : Huge thanks to Mr. Heru Ponco for helping arrange my kid’s birthday surprise. You made the moment really special.

We stayed here from June 6th to 7th, and overall, it was a wonderful experience for the family. One of the biggest highlights was being granted an early check-in at 12 PM right upon our arrival, which was incredibly helpful and highly appreciated to Mba Ruth.
Except for a couple of operational bottlenecks, everything else about the hotel was excellent.
However, there are two areas that definitely need future improvement:
1. Exit Parking Process: It took quite a long time to get assistance from the secure parking staff Trans Mall Cibubur when trying to process our ticket to exit.
2. Elevator Wait Time: The wait time for the elevators during peak check-out hours was very long. The management should look into optimizing this.
Aside from these two points, we had a great stay and the hospitality was top-notch.
