Have been the Best experience during stay at this hotel, especially when check in process, so clear and easy with Radya as front liner.

Great value for money, comfortable bed and good sheets and pillows. Staff are very courteous and able to any question that you may have.
Breakfast is a nice varied choice, well cooked and space aplenty.
Overall, a go to for me everytime I'm in jakarta.

🎉We had several days staying there for business. Location is perfect, directly connected to a good shopping mall that you can go shopping or have a meal just in walking distance. I truly appreciate great service there, especially receptionists that we could feel like at home.
✒️One problem is that the bathroom floor is so smooth that I was nearly splitted several times (although I noted that issue). If they can fix that problem, it will be perfect.

I would like to express my appreciation to Agus for the excellent service at the restaurant. Agus was very helpful, fast, and always friendly to the guests. The food was delicious and offered a great variety, making breakfast truly enjoyable. Agus good attitude and warm personality really lifted our morning mood and made our dining experience even better. The place is nice and conveniently located near the hotel, making it easy to buy things. The food is quite tasty, and the breakfast menu has a lot of variety. Thank you to Agus for providing excellent and friendly service. The room is clean and smells good. The facilities are quite good.

I stayed at Margo Hotel and had a very good experience. The hotel is comfortable, but what really stood out was the service from Windy at the front desk. He was attentive, and even arranged a complimentary cake with a kind graduation greeting in my room. That thoughtful gesture made the stay feel more personal and memorable. I truly appreciate the hospitality and would recommend this hotel to others.

​I had a wonderful stay at the Margo. The location couldn't have been better—right in the heart of downtown of Depok, making it easy to walk to all the major attractions and restaurants. My room was a true oasis; the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, and the entire space was quiet and relaxing.
​But the real highlight was the food. The hotel's restaurant served up some of the best meal.

My sons already late to go to school because of my driver had a wrong way. But this hotel with a kind heart to take the initiative to deliver our sons to their school. Thank with the friendliness… I am happy with the room and cleanliness of the room, near to the mall and market and public transport and really good taste of the food… 5 stars for this hotel… thanks guys. 👍👍👍

The Margo Hotel is a 4-star hotel located strategically in the heart of Depok with easy access to Margocity Mall (connected to the hotel). My wife and I stayed at this hotel at the end of July, 2025 for 1 night only.
THE LOBBY – the lobby is nice, modern and never crowded. The receptionists are friendly and professional.
CHECK IN – Check in is smooth and quick. I think you are required to put a deposit for incidentals. The porters are attentive, polite and helpful.
THE ROOM – Our room is the Suite with shopping mall view. It is nice, spacious, clean, and the AC works well. The bathroom is huge but there is no tub. The toilet is nice and the rain shower is certainly enjoyable. TV does not really have many channels. In fact I think it's stream TV with limited options.
THE GYM – The gym is nice with standard fitness equipment.
THE SWIMMING POOL – Nice infinity swimming pool. Some women swam fully clothed while I was there.
BREAKFAST – Breakfast is very good. The Indonesian food is lovely and the egg station gives you good omelets. Of course, you also get assorted pastries, croissants, fruits, juices, tea, coffee, etc.
I would stay here again. The suite is so good that it makes you feel like you're staying in a 5-star hotel.

It’s been three years since I visited my home land and I am very grateful for this opportunity to visit my family. I am staying at this hotel by my parents house because it’s connected to the mall. The food is yummy, the breakfast is so good & Agus, the waiter is friendly too & provided great service! I also like my dinner when I ordered it from their kitchen as well as my bedroom! I am going to try swimming in here & enjoying my staycation! So excited!

The restaurant taste is so good, especially the donuts! The service of the restaurant staff (Agus) helped us a lot and was really kind! We also loved the gym and pool provided.

Strategic hotel near Margo City Mall and culinary places in Depok City. The cakes, snacks and drinks we ordered were all delicious and finished off. The service of the staff when we held an event here was also quite satisfying. Although it can still be improved.

Probably the best hotel in Depok, had the chance to stay for couple of days, the room was great! Bathroom was also nice, pressure was good. Swimming pool, access to Mall and close to everywhere.
Things to improve:
1. Food, its offers plenty but the taste can be improved a lot, I think they need to compare with other hotels to have better menu options. 2. Pedestrian access, hotel had close vicinity with Stasiun Pondok Cina, sadly there are no pedestrian access entering the hotel. As if all the guests are coming using car or bike, pedestrian had to use the car ramp with blind spot and could easily surprised when car exiting or coming, or probably I dont know the access.

That was great, and id say its highly recommended for you to stay with ur family. The staff are kind, the toilet was so clean and proper. The pool quite spacious. Another great thing was, its really close to Margo City Mall so you can go directly to the Mall.

I stayed in this hotel for one night because I had an early morning meeting the next day. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth. Going to the room, I found a city view in front of the elevator. The corridor was comforting. My bedroom was big enough and quite comfy. The AC was cold, and the internet connection was strong and stable. My only concern regarding the room was the shower, which was not strong enough. Another concern was regarding the meeting services. The staff was very slow cleaning up the meeting room when we had a break, and very slow replenishing our drinks. We wanted to request both, but no one was near the meeting room. The options for the foods during lunch and breakfast were plentiful. The taste, especially for the local foods, was good. It was also true for the meeting snacks. For the bedroom, I thought it was worth the price of 950k. For meetings, services must be improved.

The bathroom in the room was very dirty. Especially the shower cabin was very dirty and some parts were moldy. There was a very bad smell coming from the bathroom and the ventilation was not working. I told the hotel management many times but the problem was not solved. Although the hotel looks nice from the outside, the rooms are terrible.
