Savero Hotel Depok

The staff are hardworking and attentive, but they seem to lack sufficient guidance. Any necessary improvements should come from the management and the building itself, rather than relying on staff who are following daily instructions from their supervisors. The walls are very thin, making street noise clearly audible, almost as if the window were open. When we ordered room service, we clearly stated that we would pay upon coming down. However, the staff called, and we explained that we would pay later due to being unwell. Despite this, another staff member came to the door requesting immediate payment. Additionally, there seems to be a disproportionately high number of trainees compared to the main staff, particularly those from vocational schools (SMK). On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very friendly.

Excellent service and hospitality, location is strategic (main road of Depok). The welcoming ambient and architecture of the hotel is superb, suitable for business trip and/or family vacation. Please maintains all the good performance.

I had a great stay at Savero Hotel Depok. The hotel is quiet and clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff are friendly and very helpful, providing excellent service. A special appreciation for their quick and efficient response when my son left his earbuds behind—the process of finding and returning them was handled exceptionally well. Highly recommend this hotel for its hospitality and professionalism.
