Hotel Santika Depok

Rooms are pretty nice, but they do smell like weed when you first enter. Also, there is not enough light in the rooms. Service is great. The staff is very friendly. It is right next to Dmall, so you don't have to worry about finding a place to eat or shop.

Been here for 3 days 2 nights. Food is yummy, especially the dessert, I love it. The room is quite spacious. The service is good enough. Near attractive place to go shopping and eating.

Been here last year for an event. But this time I also stayed in the room. Meeting room carpet need to be vacuumed, my nose was quite itchy. I was impressed with Albi the front office who assisted me quickly for a room change as I preferred non smoking one. My room was clean and faced to main street of Margonda. Menu at Buka Puasa and Sahur were good and tasty.

We had a pleasant 4-night stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, with easy access to Depok Mall and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
The room itself is small but comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated the international TV channels. The pillows were especially comfortable. The bathroom had a hot shower with provided shampoo and soap, but we found the sink to be too low for us (my husband is 180cm, and I’m 170cm), which was a bit inconvenient. Unfortunately, there was also a sewage smell in the bathroom, which was unpleasant.
One downside is that there was no fridge in the room. However, housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room daily, and they refilled our water supply every day, which was nice. We also received a baby cot for our baby, which was very helpful. The safety box was large enough to store a laptop, but we felt the room could use more power outlets, as there was only one on one side of the bed.
We were excited that the hotel had a pool, but it was quite small and didn’t look very inviting, as the water didn’t seem very clean.
The staff were all very friendly, and the security team was helpful and welcoming. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices although its more of local choices and less for westerners. But overall, it was good.
For the price, the stay was decent, though there were a few minor inconveniences.

Enjoy stay, friendly staff and helpful, room very clean, good location, many shop around, just beside shopping centre, good breakfast too. I will be back on next holiday, thank you.

Super comfortable room and nice view, sometimes parking is a bit of a challenge.

The room was quite good and the amenities were complete. The only challenge is the location of this hotel is in the mall area and apartment. We have to pass some buildings from the entrance and the lobby hotel is the same as the parking area.

Was my first visiting Santika Hotel. I was very excited with the hospitality and kindness of the employees, since we arrived, park, walking through the lobby everyone was very nice and polite. Shoutout to ms nadia she is very kind, helpful and have a lovely smile. We felt very welcome with her hospitality. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay at Depok. And don't wanna missing the food because its really really good, I love Indonesian food. Nice.

Stayed 2 nights on level 25 for business purpose. Service is fast, the workers are friendly and helpful. Facilities in the meeting room is good, the beverages and snacks served for coffee break arriving neatly. The hotel is connected to a mall and food chains are nearby, it's quite easy to get anywhere. Lifts are working fine too.

Best buffet breakfast hotel at depok area. Helpfull staff at Cafe anjani with the name Dewanti & also great service from Houskeeping department to cleaning room with the best staff the name Garin. While staying here it was very comfortable and delicious. The first time I arrived, Abdi and Nisa was very warmly welcomed, not that he was welcomed when check in. The check in process was very fast, assisted by her who was very clear and smooth. The comfort room made our stay here enjoyable, the next morning we had breakfast, we really appreciated Dewanti for always helping us, The room provided information about the nearest mall here, making it easy for me to find something. Santika Depok!

It was Fasting Month of Ramadhan when I visited this hotel for the first time.
From outside impression was not good as the hotel is just connected to a shopping mall. But when I entered the hotel, I could feel the Santika quality in term of interior design, furniture etc.
I went to the ballroom where I facilitated a workshop. The room was spacious with high ceiling and looked quite well maintained, however I was frustrated with the low quality of microphone. The sound was not clear and distracted by noise (feedback).
I had no experience about the food as I was fasting, therefore no comment on that specific area.

Really great hotel, great services.
