Bumi Wiyata Hotel

First I chose the place due to the distance to UI, for my parent need to attend an event there. Other offers are most likely apartment which are not elderly friendly, hence the decision.
BUT this hotel doesnt deserve such existing rating. Old room is something I initially can tolerate as it mentioned it as a 3 star hotel. But everything was dirty. Walls are scattered with dirt, pencils drawings, and permanent dust. Toilet is MOLDY. But sure I initially would tolerate that.
BUT AFTER A DAY WE LEFT, ROOM WAS FULL OF SMOKE SMELL while none of us smoke.
After a complaint, they reacted nonchalantly AS IF ITS A USUAL COMPLAINT (I bet it’s been). Hence very poor management.
The solution? a man only come to spray, less than a minute, he left.
I have no beef for such, but improve your management for a better customer satisfaction.

The page's description is accurate: you stay here only to visit other places. Lackluster service by front desk who can't be bothered to try to speak English or help you to get to the nearest supermarket. Cups and glasses in the rooms have dark stains. Old fixtures in the bath, and wardrobe smells. Conference rooms are better with good audio-visual facilities and designated smoking areas but the toilets could use regular cleaning.
