Rooms are cramped and Dirty. Linen had stains. Wall were dirty in the room. Breakfast was extremely poor. No western dishes, bread toaster that didn't function properly. The pictures are deceiving. Noisy aircon, room had a window that faced a concrete wall. Rooms are noisy you can hear the traffic.
We stayed here for one night nice room very clean n neat with all requirement was ready even I no need to call any extra help bell boys are very quick in service all staffs are very polite n great in welcoming attitude thank fave I will back soon from India 🇮🇳 I greatly love replace water refills for save environment thank you.

The room is clean and tidy.
The only issue was about the door lock, it seems it's never being checked and maintained properly.
The restaurant experience during the breakfast time was good unless in the smoking room area. I was not comfortable and enjoyed my morning coffee with some hotels staff laughing out loud and don't concern about the hotel guests who sat there (and not only me). They talked and laughed out loud and it was noisy! As they are hotelier, I don't think they were supposed to act like that.
It's ashamed attitude and it happened alos the next day. It should not have happened. It should be respectful and excellent services. Hoteliers should think that guests is their top priority.
Hope the hotel management knows this and improve the better staff member attitude. On another thing, it was constrast situation as the F&B and FO staff were very nice, polite and helpful while the other not doing the same thing.
