Cinere Resort Apartment by Celebrity Room in Q&A

Information is provided based on reviews and may contain inaccuracies.

How are the check-in process and staff performance at Cinere Resort by Gold Room?

Guest experiences with the staff are mixed. One guest reported the absence of a front desk upon arrival, which required contacting management by phone, while a security guard offered to book a room directly through him, raising suspicions. At the same time, other visitors note that the property is suitable for stays of various durations. There was also an incident where management played music on every floor early in the morning on Independence Day, which disturbed guests' rest.

What is the condition of the rooms and the level of cleanliness at Cinere Resort?

Reviews regarding room conditions vary significantly. Some guests describe them as very clean, well-furnished, and suitable for relaxation. Others complain of poor housekeeping, cobwebs in the corners, a lack of toiletries, and even leftover water from previous occupants. It is also mentioned that the finishing materials in the apartments are of very low quality and that some rooms require maintenance.

How is the soundproofing and general atmosphere in the rooms?

Soundproofing in the rooms is rated as insufficient, as the walls are not soundproof. Furthermore, it was noted that the doors do not close tightly, leaving visible gaps. Despite this, some guests did not find these issues critical.

What can be said about the in-room amenities: water, connectivity, and appliances?

The situation with amenities is inconsistent: one guest experienced a lack of hot water and drinking water in the room, while another confirmed the availability of hot water. Wi-Fi is provided and working, though its speed is described as relatively slow. Televisions in some rooms do not function properly, and the channel selection is limited.

What kind of views do the apartments offer?

Guests speak positively about the picturesque views from the windows. In particular, it is noted that the 17th floor offers a rather pleasant view.

What additional services and facilities are available at the hotel?

Guests have access to a swimming pool and a food court. However, the pool has received criticism for being shallow (120 cm). There are also complaints that one of the elevators has been out of order for several months, and the gym advertised is actually non-existent.

Is the hotel location convenient?

Visitors note that the hotel has a strategically advantageous location, which is one of its main advantages.
