As a seasoned traveler, I record the following observations from a recent family stay.
Check-in and Facilities Arrival at 3:00 PM found the room unprepared for check-in. The swimming pool area was dusty with no attendant available for towel service. The changing facilities were unclean, containing apparent small animal droppings on the floor and a clogged washbasin.
Breakfast The menu was severely limited. The nasi goreng was bland, consisting mostly of rice with minimal bakso slices. The Soto Bandung was served cold and excessively salty, even after adding kecap. A request for fried eggs went unfulfilled due to lack of available staff. Additional charges of Rp 100, 000 for the teenager and Rp 50, 000 for the younger child were paid without issuance of a receipt.
Room Amenities Bed linens and towels appeared clean but lacked the expected bright-white standard.
In summary, the hotel exhibited deficiencies in cleanliness, service readiness, and food quality. It may serve as a last-resort option but is not recommended for family or leisure travel.
