Staying at Fieris Hotel Kertajati was a total pleasure. The hotel’s modern architecture and sleek design create a wonderful vibe. The room was spotlessly clean, cozy, and featured a Smart TV and a great water heater.
The staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is delicious. I also loved the swimming pool! You get maximum service and premium facilities at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!
I stayed here on sep 13, 2025 and it's pretty decent for 3 star hotel. Don't expect opulent facilities but it has the basic things you need and more. Room sizè is sufficient, bed sheets are fresh and clean. The shower is much better than what most 3 stars have to offer. I found the staffs are pretty helpful and friendly perhaps they have been rebriefed due to strong complains before. All in all kudos to the management team keep up the good work and learn new way how to improve your service and maximize your staff potential.

Stay 1 night with family on 25-26 April, Room 206, 206, 221. After visiting my brother in majalengka.
Room neat and clean, service excellent, front office was polite with her smile, breakfast good, swimming pool good my daughter was so happy with pool.
Recommended for short or long stay when visiting majalengka. Near to exit toll keetajati & airport.
Note : my daughter forget the laptop charger, and customer service, helping us and sending to our home in Bandung.
