The guesthouse provides convenient parking spaces for both cars and motorcycles. However, one guest noted that the motorcycle parking area could be further improved.

The staff and the owner, Mr. David, are described as very friendly, warm, informative, and responsive people who create a family atmosphere. The owner responds promptly to messages, assists with rescheduling booking dates, and explains the details of the stay in depth prior to arrival. Guests characterize the hospitality as professional and exceptional, noting a sincere care for visitors.

Breakfast is provided to guests, with the administration clarifying menu preferences before arrival. Options offered include dishes such as nasi uduk, nasi kuning, or chicken porridge (bubur ayam), which guests rate as delicious. As a suggestion, one visitor proposed replacing the styrofoam breakfast packaging with higher-quality containers.

Two complimentary bottles of mineral water are provided in each room, along with tea, coffee, sugar, and corresponding cups. Additionally, water dispensers for general use are installed on every floor.

Most guests note that the Wi-Fi is stable, fast, and sufficient for using the Smart TV, including watching Netflix and YouTube. However, one visitor mentioned that at some point the internet connection was unstable or slow.

The rooms are described as very clean, tidy, and cozy, featuring a modern design and new furniture. Guests are satisfied with the quality of the mattresses, noting that the beds are comfortable and the linens and towels are always clean and fragrant. Some rooms provide extra beds. Although the rooms may seem small, they are fully equipped with everything necessary.

The main highlight of the guesthouse is the stunning panoramic view of Mount Pancar, which is visible directly from the windows and balconies. Guests especially note the beauty of the sunrises, the fresh mountain air, and the abundance of greenery. Armchairs are installed on the balconies, allowing guests to comfortably enjoy the scenery and the morning sun.

Cleanliness at the guesthouse is at a very high level. Guests repeatedly emphasize that the rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and common areas are kept spotlessly clean. The bed linens and towels are always fresh, and the premises are free of dust or dirt.

The rooms are equipped with efficient air conditioners that cool the space well. Water heaters are functional in the bathrooms, providing a comfortable hot shower.

Rooms are provided with a full set of hygiene products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap), towels, and slippers. Smart TVs with Netflix access, electric kettles, and power outlets are also available. For general use, guests have access to a microwave for heating food and kitchen utensils available for rent.

There is no elevator in the building; however, the guesthouse is fully adapted for people with limited mobility and the elderly. Ramps (sloped surfaces) are used instead of stairs, allowing comfortable access to the rooms and the rooftop, even for those in wheelchairs.

The guesthouse has a spacious rooftop, which is used as an area for breakfasts, dinners, or simple relaxation. A cafe is also located there, which opens at specific times.

The atmosphere at Pancar View is very calm, quiet, and relaxing, making it an ideal place for "healing" and escaping city noise. Guests note the coziness, the fresh air, and the soothing sound of a small river flowing nearby, which promotes a deep and peaceful sleep.
