Pros:
Good hospitality.
Kind of well-maintained old building.
Nice garden.
Complete amenities in the room.
Plenty of parking lot, with direct access elevator to the room building.
Spacious balcony with nice view of mount pangrango.
Cons:
Sound proof quality is not really good, kind of annoying especially in the midnight.
Toilet bowl water not really clean.

I stayed at The Green Peak ARTOTEL Curated for three nights during a holiday, and while the experience had some positives, there were several areas that need improvement.
Location:
The hotel is conveniently located near the main highway, making access relatively easy. However, the alternate road is a hassle. It is poorly maintained and difficult to navigate.
Service & Staff:
The staff are generally friendly and greet guests warmly, but I had a major issue when one staff member opened our room without knocking, just to check if it had been cleaned. This was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Even if there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign, knocking should be a basic protocol. Additionally, the hotel appears understaffed, as many areas were not well-maintained.
Facilities & Cleanliness:
Cleanliness was another concern. The pool area lacked proper regulations. The guests were allowed to swim without proper attire, eat inside the pool, and kids were running around the corridors. More enforcement of basic rules would improve the overall experience.
Dining Experience:
The breakfast buffet was disappointing. The food area was messy, tables were not cleaned promptly, and refills were slow. The food itself was nothing special, just average. Despite the hype, the buffet did not meet expectations. The BBQ night was affordable but underwhelming and the meat was tough and not enjoyable.
